Changing from an outdated shower to a bath installation - all went as quoted. Challenging for the people because they had to do the tile cutting on a balcony. This was stage 1, (because I couldn't make up my mind) and I am happy to have Burns Bath back for stage 2.

Working with Burns Bath was a pleasure. They did their absolute best to create a bathroom that was beautiful and functional and we are very pleased with the final result. They are a quality company, have excellent workmanship and will fix it if its wrong. They are one of the few bathroom companies I have worked with that are highly professional and extremely conscientious. If I had another bathroom that needs to be re-done, I would hire them again. Burns did my bathroom and a year later we discovered a leak from the roof vent they installed.Several emails and phone calls later i ended up paying another company to repair thier mistake.

They called after I requested a quote and asked for a detailed email. I responded that day, April 2, with all they asked. They didn’t respond so I sent a follow up email on April 11. It is now April 20th and they have yet to respond.

Burns are our heros. We needed a tub surround removed and walk in shower installed prior to major surgery. The company successfully worked hard to get the job done in a professional and timely manner. Their pricing was competitive. Well done Burns Bath! They removed a bathtub/tub surround and installed a walk in shower, subway tile acrylic wall system, corner shelves, glass shower doors, safety bars, shower heads, installed two light fixtures and painted. At my request as an afterthought “add on” they capped the drainage bulkhead with acrylic. Jim, in the office, was friendly and accommodated several changes in the plan. Jamie, owner, did the initial assessment and tear out and he made some good suggestions for the install. Andrew did the install and finished everything professionally. I am very pleased with the final results and I would not hesitate to recommend Burns Bath.
