Given the right weather, like today, the patio was a fantastic choice. Lots of seating in a patio and it was a nice breeze throughout our meal. Service was quick and friendly. The burgers are very good. We did get to try to Tina and one of our burgers and that was extremely tasty.I was here with my two teenage sons and we're not used to eating 20 plus dollar burgers. We were not disappointed, however, but it is somewhat difficult to speak to the relative value. We can only say that we enjoyed our food very much.I had an old fashioned, and a 1 oz was reasonably priced. Tastes are great. The kids are Shirley temples which were reasonably priced as well. Overall, I found the drinks to be less expensive than I expected.

Need to give this place the highest stars!!Absolutely amazing burgers!! I got Grizzly one with Garlic mashed potatoes. The soup is incredible! Meaty and delicious!The owner is so nice and friendly, took care of us very well! Recommend Red Ale! The portions are big and so much needed after the days full of hiking trails. The interior deserves to be mentioned. Wolf and cougar on the wall. Many little trinkets make the place so cozy!

Good food in a really fun rustic environment! I love the decor here; it feels like you’re inside a cozy log cabin. The food is good, especially the poutine. The garlic mashed potatoes were great but the star of the meal was definitely the sticky toffee pudding. We ate it so fast it was like a shark feeding frenzy! The person that took care of us was very friendly and super attentive. She took care of things before we could even ask! I had a great time at The Wolf’s Den and would come back for sure! They also have live music as well so check out this place if you’re looking for something comfortable and also entertaining!

As soon as we walked in we could tell our food experience was gonna be magical. The ambiance was rustic and “mountainy” friendly and lots of patrons. But the smells and food coming out of the kitchen were making us salivate. The menu has many choices but wasn’t overwhelming. We came for the burgers and mixed greens. Did NOT disappoint. I had the Gunsmoke, mixed greens with white balsamic & lemon vinaigrette and my husband chose the prime rib burger, mixed greens and blue cheese dressing. Magically Delicious is my best description. Service was friendly and quick. Yum. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome! The food is fantastic, the patio is great and the service is really good! It's a must go when crossing through Golden, I highly recommend getting the grizzly burger, but if you are not that hungry, the Bison ribs are the way to go. The prices are high, but the flavors are even higher! Highly recommended!

Terrific spot with a really nice vibe, lots of seating, and some great food.The staff is super friendly and attentive for a slightly larger place which is nice. Might have been better that we were being served by the bar keep since it looked like there might have only been one server for the rest of the tables but everyone seemed happy and to have delicious looking meals.The wings were very tasty and a nice size. They may have been sitting for a couple minutes before they made their way to our table but they were really nice.The angus burger was really good as well and the fries crispy and seasoned nicely.Good selection of whisky too.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time as the reviews are very good. They did NOT disappoint. We got the ribeye steak dinner and omg it was incredibly delicious. I forgot I was in a restaurant. Not to mention is it a beautiful restaurant. I love this place and will definitely return for feature vacations. Yum

Walked by this establishment a few times thinking it was bar/pub so never thought to eat here until I checked the Find Me GF app and saw the great reviews.Quality of food, portion and service exceeded my expectations. Definitely a bit pricey, but that's expected in the mountains. I tried the bison ribs since I've never seen it on a menu before. Glad I did, they were huge! Also shared the dill pickle brined chicken and ribs. The chicken was so tender and the dill pickle definitely came through. Great all around, even the sides. Our friend ordered the Terminator burger and said it was the best he's ever had.Our server Joscelyn was attentive and was able to answer my questions about how the food was prepared and what I could have, etc. I felt safe eating here knowing the food was handled with care.Will definitely come back to try their burgers, heard the GF buns are good to.

It’s big, it’s filling, it ain’t refined, but you’re not coming here for refinement anyways. The John Wayne Geronimo burger is a meat experience. It’s not balanced - it’s meat, and that can be a good thing. You’ll leave uncomfortably full if you’re smart enough to finish the food in front of you. The price is higher than it should be, but the place is full of people so I guess I can’t blame them. 8/10 classic

This place was awesome! We got there 20 min before they closed and they were still very willing to serve us drinks and cook us food. Unfortunately the nachos (which sounded AMAZING) were sold out so we just stuck to drinks but our waitress was awesome and didn't make us feel rushed. The decor was super cool and you can even leave your own mark there by writing on a bill which they let you staple to the roof or walls! Patio is also dog friendly which was nice. Super good time and would totally go back.
