My Family and I have been going to Keele & Finch Dental for years now. Dr. Olvera is always willing to share different options that fit my price range and insurance coverage. He and his staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed and are very friendly and professional making you feel like a person and not just another patient. The Villari Family

My first dentist in toronto and will be the only one. I originally went here because he is Mexican (I’m mexican) but an amazing dentist and had braces for a year and a half and the difference was great. Had wisdom teeth removed and everything is good here. Highly recommend it whether you’re hispanic or not. They speak perfect english and spanish.

This dental practise provided me with excellent service. They are excellent individuals who merit the community's regard. May the Lord bless the entire crew for their assistance, generosity, and courtesy. I greatly appreciate it.

This is by far the most unprofessional Dental clinic i have ever been to. I have gotten recommended by my spouse to get a quick chipped tooth fixed, i explained the location of the tooth to the women who picked up the phone, prior to my appointment. as i got to my appointment i got rushed into a room and the doctor proceeded to fix my tooth (not dr Olivera). As i was done my appointment the chubby women on the front desk proceeded to explain that i owed money because my insurance didn't cover fully, which she should've known since she has billed through my spouse insurance prior years, so what changes things now? anywho . i furthermore explained that ill make separate payments since they offer flexible payments on their website she got off her chair and proceeded to be very vulgar of me not leaving the clinic without paying the full payment, i was ready to call 911, because you can not hold someone hostage the way they were trying to. this clinic offers false advertisement and Terrible professionalism and customer service. so sad to say since Dr. Olivera is a wonderful man but unfortunately he should consider in new staff. Not to mention my spouse has been going to this clinic for years paying thousands of Dollars towards this clinic and this is the type or respect and professionalism they give to their clients. I will furthermore file a complaint to RCDSO .

I wish there was an option for no stars.I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at Dr. Olvera's clinic. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, which reflects poorly on Dr. Olvera's reputation.The receptionist, Cristina Olvera, who happens to be Dr. Olvera's daughter, and the manager Teressa Olvera, who is his wife, refused to provide me with service due to the cancellation of three appointments. I explained that the cancellations were due to COVID-19, and the second cancellation was their own mistake as they mistakenly booked me instead of my sister. However, instead of understanding the situation, the receptionist( Cristina Olvera) laughed at me said there is nothing she could do and she continued to say there was no manager available for me to speak with, and hung up the phone.To solve the issue, I offered to pay for the missed appointment, demonstrating my willingness to take responsibility, but they outright refused and stated that they did not want me at the clinic. The situation escalated to the point where Teressa, the manager, and mother had to intervene and instruct the receptionist Cristina to leave because of her unprofessional behavior. During this entire conversation, the receptionist continued to laugh at me and even expressed her disinterest in her job.I have recorded the incidents, including the receptionist's laughter, her mother/manager asking her to leave and me explaining the situation and willingness to pay and getting told no

I had my cleaning with Ariadna and what a wonderful work, she explained every situation with my gums and where I need to take care more specific. But really a very good job, I feel my teeth so smooth and shiny.

I had couple of appointments with Dr Olvera for several dental treatments which required various work to be done. He was extremely caring! For someone who is nervous of seeing a dentist, I was made to feel very comfortable. From checking in, to the hygienist and with Dr. Olvera. There was even a glitch with my dental plan, they took the time to review and confirm the issue. They are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Olvera for your dental needs.
