Pretty nice food except that they're always badly packaged, leaking everywhere if you're not careful in your car. Don't buy their wraps if don't want juices on your car seats.

I went through the drive thru with my two kids. I ordered a Tim minis grilled cheese meal and a chicken caesar wrap meal. I tried to substitute my potato wedges for something else but they couldn't hear well through the speaker so I had to get wedges, even though they upset my stomach. I waited for my food at the pickup window for at least 10 minutes, if not more. We went to a park to eat where I discovered that I had received caesar sauce instead of ranch sauce for the wedges and also my son was missing his side of wedges that went with his grilled cheese. I will not be going back.

To the lovely staff working, just because someone doesn't come in speaking French, doesn't mean they don't understand when you're talking smack about them... When they're still standing right in front of you.I fully respect that Canada is a dual language country, but if I feel like I'd be butchering your language I will speak my native tongue.1/5 stars for lack of tact and respect.
