From start to finish, excellent customer service. We had initially contacted Robin at True North Roofing Inc. for an inspection and repair on a roof leak. It was determined that due to the age and wear of the existing shingles that they would need to be fully replaced. Robin and his team completed a temporary repair on our leak without charge or obligation to complete a full replacement. We had consulted with 4 other companies as well as True North Inc. for roof assessments and quotes. Robin's quote and the product that True North would provide was very reasonable and fit our budget. Turn around time from ordering product to roof completion was within a week. Yard clean up from roof debris, nails etc. was also completed by the crew. The entire crew was very friendly and courteous of our home and our neighbors. Communication was great and all timelines were met. Overall a great experience for an unexpected costly expense.
