Been trying to call you guys for a week. Nobody answers the phone only the answering machine. Left a message no call back. I need a new mask please.

Have used this location since it opened. Staff have been responsive and more than helpful. Excellent and professional customer service.(Thank you Sue). Competitive pricing and quick notice and shipping of goods when they receive it.

It is hard to imagine this place getting any less than a 5 star rating. The 1 star rating is either a mistake or a competitor. I have been going here for 5 years and they have continuously exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond with every visit.

I was loyal to this company since they opened 10 years ago. They always had good pricing and excellent service. Over the last few years however their pricing has gotten ridiculously expensive. I was just quoted $195 for a mask that other websites are selling for $136 or $99 even. They don't have prices on their website like other companies do. It seems they charge whatever they think they can get away with. They don't seem to care about customer loyalty or retention. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very expensive place. I used to get all my CPAP stuff here for the last 13 years but now after visiting for the first time since Covid their prices doubled. I suggest shop around if you don’t have work insurance that covers this stuff. Way overpriced.

Absolutely the best place in the GTA to get CPAP supplies from.They allowed me to do a trial of some new masks so I could decide if I wanted to change it up or stick with my old one.I kept them way longer than I should have, and even missed an appointment to return them due to work, and they were nothing but friendly and accomodating across the board.I also somehow lost the small plastic clip to my original mask, thinking I had somehow returned it with the loaner masks. I hadn't, but they gave me a replacement for free anyways from some of the loaner stock they had in the back.An absolutely amazing company, and if you are dealing with Ken you are in for a treat. He is so friendly, down-to-earth, and takes the time and effort to help you make the right decision about what you need.Highly, HIGHLY recommended and I will be back once I need further replacement supplies.

Always had a great experience here... been coming here for 2 years, and it's always been a straight-forward solution
