Mawio'mi Child Care Centre
My son has been attending Mawio’mi for about a year and a half. I’ve noticed that the staff are welcoming, kind, and loving to the children and families. They serve nutritious food, encourage curiosity and creativity, and include lots of story and music time in the children’s day. I like that they make spending time outside a priority. I really appreciate the care my son receives!

My son loves coming here. The infant room teachers are so warm and friendly, I can tell they really care for the kids.

Mawio'mi Child Care Centre
My daughter had 10 incident reports with injuries in 2 months. I pulled her out after I went to pick her up and it was spilling rain and she had no jacket or boots on, both of which I provided all the other children had appropriate clothing. Shes the only Mikmaq child so that's probably why she wasnt looked after as well as the other children.
