Cal-City was both professional and timely when it came to unclogging the drains in my condo unit. I am confused by their high pricing though and would recommend you get a few quotes before just diving in.The pricing was quite steep, $378 for less than 30 minutes of work. Not exaggerating by any means, I expected to be billed for one hours worth of labour but was instead was charged per drain they unclogged. $198 for the first drain, $95 for the second, $95 for the third.The claim was that it was an after-hours job but it was in the afternoon...no way to prove it on my end though so i'll take the loss on this one but be warned!

Middle aged male employee in work truck gave my family the middle finger while driving down Yankee Valley 4/13/2019 1:30ish. Meanwhile he was eating n driving, going 45 in a 60 zone and changing lanes without signaling!

The kitchen sink in my condo building had started flowing backwards, Ian from Cal City was dispatched by my condo board after another plumbing company I had onsite the day before had be unable to resolve the issue after several hours.It was a deep block (perhaps 40-50 ft down the drain stack), but the Cal-City plumber was able to resolve the problem within 90 minutes, in addition to being generally professional and courteous overall.

I have had Cal-City Plumbing to my property a few times for different issues. Each time, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable and showed respect to my home by removing footwear, wearing a mask and cleaning up after himself. After accessing the issue, he thoroughly explained the problem to me so that I could understand what was needed for repair. There were no surprises and the pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend Cal-City to all my friends and family.
