my cat needed emergency care after ingesting a poisonous flower - she was throwing up and he told me to give her hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up more. she did not. called again 3+ times and they never picked up. had to drive to medicine hat to see a vet there who actually helped and cared. disappointing to not have a reliable emergency vet in brooks.

My dog required emergency care. The vet fit her in right away with a busy schedule. Excellent friendly service. Wonderful staff. Down to earth, great attention and affordable. I am very thankful ☺️

Fred is an amazing vet, who has given our animals nothing but the very best care! We have used him for our horse, and dogs with great success. No padding bills here just straight forward and reliable.

The Vet here is grumpy, old, judgemental and rude. He needs to retire and it shines through in his bedside manner. We put our 18 year old cat down and he was rude the entire time. If you don’t have any compassion or empathy don’t work with animals or people and if you are tired and grumpy, retire. Simple. Don’t take out your life on others. Especially ones that are paying good money for your services in a time of need.
