Very creative and customer oriented! Sue made ordering an arrangement for a funeral so easy - her customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. The arrangement she created was gorgeous. My family was so pleased. I highly recommend Enchanted Florist!

Excellent customer service!!!I contacted Sue at Enchanted Florists as i needed to send an funeral arrangement to a residence rather than the funeral home and she right away looked at the option i selected and advised me otherwise and instead was able to create an arrangement based on the individual i was sending to and my budget! Also I am from Toronto so i was definitely relying on her service. She was excellent and very quick with her responses and even sent me a photo of the arrangement. It was beautiful and tasteful. Would highly recommend this florists!She even told me that when she sees the orders, she will often call clients and advise them of their choices and thus see if they wish to continue with that order or perhaps look for something else, as she said what is online can sometimes be deceiving in regards to size, and the fact that some sympathy arrangements are made in such a way that the one side is the design and the back is not as much especially if it will be at a funeral.Really appreciated her guidance and expertise and she was very easy to chat with on the phone!

I have been getting flowers from Sue at Enchanted Florist Calgary for my business and for personal enjoyment for many years. Her flowers always last double the amount of time compared to other bouquets I have gotten from other shops. I also feel that the value is better. This was my first time at this shop and I was SO happy with the service. As soon as I walked in Sue greeted me with a huge smile and welcomed me into the shop. I could tell she was busy but she took her time asking me what I was looking for and showed me the flowers that she had available. Sue put together an arrangement for my friends birthday in a few minutes, creating something beautiful with absolutely no notice. Just WOW. LOVE this shop. LOVE her. Enchanted Florist and the crew are my absolute 'go-to' when I need arrangements for any reason. Sue and the gang go above and beyond, even at their busiest they are pleasant, polite and make sure that our personal and business related floral needs are met with no problems. I have never been even the slightest bit disappointed. The arrangements are tasteful, gorgeous and they last, I always get rave reviews after I have sent flowers, each and every time. I chose Enchanted Florist to deliver a sympathy bouquet after reading the exceptional reviews left for them. From my experience I 100% agree with every positive sentiment that has been said. Sue was so kind to call me to ensure that a flower substitution would be acceptable and offered several alternatives. She was thoughtful about the type of arrangement and how/where to deliver it. I just got a photo of the delivered bouquet and it is absolutely beautiful. Some florists, unfortunately, take advantage of remote orders because we're unlikely to see them. That was absolutely not my experience here. Thank you so much!
