Stellantis &You Peugeot Edgware

Having just purchased a car through a private sale near by, it broke down in the bus lane just outside this garage. Initially we (Me and my dad) were unsure whether it was the battery or lack of fuel which had caused the car to stop running.I went in to ask if there was anything they could do to assist. I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to help us get back on the road and make the 70 mile journey home safely.We were both slightly overwhelmed by how kind, selfless and supportive the garage staff were, regenerating our faith in human nature! We honestly can’t thank them enough for helping us out of a very tricky situation. They were absolute saviours!THANK YOU TEAM EDGWARE

Vans was booked in for a fault for a over a month, I spent the whole day waiting around for them to phone me and tell me it wasn’t even looked at, looked at 3 days later for them to tell me what I already knew as I told them the fault codes before dropping the van off as it already had be diagnosed.It Took 3 weeks for them and constant phones calls from me asking what’s going on for them to book it in for a repair which I then get a message the night before saying parts still haven’t arrived. Won’t be going here ever again! Went to another Peugeot dealer and got it all fixed a lot cheaper then they had quoted me.

Really disappointed, lack of care and focus. Wanted to buy walked around for 30 minutes with sales knowing I was coming - not one individual came to acknowledge or advise other staff members were busy etc. One sales person saw I looking picked up the phone as I approached and pointed that the individual was on a call. So walked and spent my money elsewhere.

I see that a lot of people having the same issue . No one returns your calls or replying to any emails .Paid half of the deposit for a new car and my order was incorrect as I got a Vauxhall manual instead of automatic . I was told I will be updated ASAP, but no one informed me for more than 1 month . I would like to pull out from the deal ..It’s embarrassing and if this is the way to treat customers that buy a new car in 2023 , then I rather use public transport .

Initial sales pitch was good and Abdul was helpful and took the time to do the planned test drive and answer any questions. The service after the deal was done and the car ordered was dreadful. No update that the car was running late unless we chased. This happened MANY times with never any updates and poor excuses. Car eventually arrived 3.5 months after due date. Seems to have ok service until the deal is done then they really don’t care. Would not recommend this dealer

Gone downhill fast. Short staffed. Filthy interior. Bad service. Now adding Vauxhall to the range so service becomes even more thinly stretched. Booked appoint for 1pm and was kept waiting. Asked for manager at 1.45pm. No one came so we left at 2.15pm. This was for Motability. Poor, poor service. Photos indicate how poor state of showroom is.

I bought a new vehicle from them weeks ago. I also purchased a pack of extras/upgrades that were supposed to be with it. I was told they were not available and to wait a few days. 6 weeks later despite frequent calls and emails I am getting no response. The seem happy to take my money on one star for coffee but after sales seems terrible.

Fantastic Service! From the moment I called to book a service, the drop-off of the car and the pick up, the service was impeccable, with a pleasant, courteous and professional staff. Even for my little 208, a dedicated person was there to greet me at drop off and pick up and provided all the necessary info and paperwork quickly, easily and efficiently. The car was spotlessly clean, and ready with all the necessary work done and dusted in time. Perfect!
