We recently purchased a sectional sofa at sofa world st laurent branch and there we had the opportunity to meet the manager Cheryl who was so helpful and accomodating..Our sofa was delivered on time. Our sofa was too big to fit in our doors and the owner’s attention(Mark) was called in to help the delivery staff to put in our sofa. Mark was so friendly and very professional without him our new purchased sofa will not be able to delivered with ease. Highly recommend this sofa world to everyone!

James was so incredible and patient and kind, and he took the time to really sit with me and talk about all the options that were available to me. He told the time to really understand my budget as well as my taste and wants and made sure to really recommend things to me that I would love! He is simply amazing as a person and people like him honestly are so rare to find! I truly got the best service I have ever gotten and SofaWorld is so lucky to have him!

The sales and service provided at the St. Laurent location were exceptional. Cheryl was asking questions about space and sizing for furniture that we had not even thought off. A small issue after delivery was resolved quickly and professionally ensuring our full satisfaction. Great team and I have referred them to others.

My girlfriend and I have been searching for a sinking feeling type couch and didn’t want to spend 4 grand. We decided to check out sofa world on a Sunday last minute. Cheryl, the manager, worked with us. She’s simply amazing. She understands humans and is really patient. It took us no more than a half hour to find such an awesome couch, for much less than 4k. The store is beautiful. The staff were friendly. Everything was priced right. What more could you ask for. Thank you so much, Cheryl!

Had a great experience from start to finish. We worked with Cheryl (store manager) and she was super helpful in answering any questions we had and providing input on quality and different options that worked for us. Upon delivery of our couch, it was initially too large to fit through the doors but the delivery guys were great and helped remove the door from the house before successfully getting it moved inside and all setup. This was a great experience and we are looking forward to using our great couch ASAP!

We bought a new sectional sofa from Cheryl who is very knowledgeable of the products. She was attentive to what we needed and was showed us various models did not feel pressured at all! The prices are great!The delivery guy was very meticulous and professional, he said Sofa World is a family owned business and the owners interact with their employee on a daily bases. We purchased a sectional sofa from Sofa world. We were in a dilema about the texture and the structure of the sofa that would suit our home. Norma guided us so well and helped us pick the right sofa for our house. We are very happy with the purchase.
