Cary's Trenching, Sewer & Water

Sadly, after a week and a half from requesting a callback to help with some septic and well work we've had zero response. I have no doubt that they are very busy and probably do good work but the lack of communication is an issue that should be addressed. I will soften this a bit by saying the office did get back to me immediately (and on a weekend!) but after that there has been silence.Edit: they did call back and will be evaluating the job so stay tuned.July 22, 2021 edit: Job is all set to go when time permits. Trev was very helpful.Sept 20, 2021 edit: Ultimately we had to cancel the job at very nearly the last minute. This had nothing to do with Cary's and they were very understanding and generous in their offer to absorb any costs that were incurred during the planning process. Give them a try and have every confidence that they will treat you right.

Dale and his crew did a great job when replacing the water line to my house. Dale was very professional and kept in touch until the project was completed and reviewed all the work that was done. Even the formal estimate and invoice got rave reviews from my insurer!! Thank you - great job!!

Cary's provided excellent, trustworthy work in replacing our domestic sewer line. They were quick to provide a detailed estimate and book a time for the repair, considerate with their approach to digging up the yard (even with a very large tree right in the way), careful in making all the necessary repairs inside and outside the house, and in ensuring we were totally satisfied with their work before they left. They patiently answered every question and concern that I had, both before and while the repair was in progress. I have no hesitancy in recommending them to others!

There is nothing negative I can say. When you call any of the guys in this business, you are probably in need of their services sooner rather than later. They were recommended to me and I can see why. Gave quote the same day, urgent services were arranged to be done within a few days when I was expecting weeks. They resolved an issue that another contractor had left buried in the ground 5 years earlier. Took pictures, sent video of the finished pipe, and was flexible on payment arrangement to align with the insurance payment. Very much appreciated! Left my yard better than when I started!
