Le service à la clientèle est médiocre. N’achetez rien en solde puisque vous ne pourrez même pas vous faire rembourser. C’est seulement échange ou retour sur une carte cadeau. De plus, la manager en magasin est très hautaine et extrêmement bête. Elle se prend pour quelqu’un d’autre. J’avais acheté plusieurs items et je suis très déçu du service. Je ne pense plus retourner acheter à votre magasin.

Au début j'adorais ce magasin, je trouvais les pièces magnifiques, classe et j'en ai acheté plusieurs.Mais je suis au finale très déçue car je trouve que la qualité n'est pas du tout au rendez vous.Par exemple une jupe toute neuve s'est effilée en un jour. Pareil pour un haut dans la sécheuse. Je viens de France, ou quand on paye ce prix là la qualité est forcément au rendez vous. Je ne reviendrai pas

Started off well, had a giant line to the changing room so I got in it while my partner scours the shop. It gets to our turn. It goes well, she changes three times. I take pictures then on the fourth time a lady barges at me, tells me to leave the common area, I could make people uncomfortable, ok I get it, I move. The problem now is that it makes my partner uncomfortable to go out in front of everyone to show off what she’s trying. Anyways, another employer had amazing idea, let me in the cabin. This was close to a bad review but overall, I’m satisfied, my partner is satisfied.
