My daughter and I were out with a friend in Coquitlam and we all felt like having a drink so we went to Ninja Bubble Tea. It's a cute shop with a lot of greenery adorning the walls on one side of the shop, and comic book covers on the other side of the shop. Slushy drinks are my daughter's favorite, so she ordered a Peach slushie. I was in the mood for something hot and when I caught sight of the words Honeydew Latte" on the menu

Tried their poke for the first time and it was great! Friendly staff and generous portions. So many bubble tea options, their Matcha Iced Milk is my go to. Cool option of getting their super large bubble tea which is great for sharing

Their bubble tea is always delicious and consistently made. The milk slush is my fave but they have lots of options to choose from. They have a reloadable card that gives you free pearl each time you use it. And their large size is really big so great if you're sharing.

I love this place. Always get the $30 gift card to get any drink free and it can be any price. You get 1L of amazing high quality bbt for $6. I drive 35min each way just to get their bbt for the price. Also I drive electric so I’m not blowing gas $ just time. It’s just so worth it. I get the Taro > strawberry milk > Ferraro Roche

Hi,I was I your store locatwd on Glen drive coquitlam and ordered one medium Mango+strawberry water-based with pearls for my daughter, came home and she took a sip and there was no strawberry and it was just mango. This is an item that she always orders and we all know the taste of it. So we were not wrong. There was. Outrage of atraw berry even inside the cup. It was only written on it that the order is Mango+strawberry and pearls.This is third time it happened since two months ago and last time when I complained to the store the girl just looked at me as if I am telling a story about some thing from out of this world. Not a single appology for it.FYI, eveytime my order is screwed is was when They are all standing and chatting. there was one girl last time didnt even know about the flavors and staff just were yealing over the counter.All they cared about, was that $8 payments for a glass of water and some gelatine beads. .No customer service and no attention but a lot of attitude. Also your phone is directing customer to the email.I will not let my daughter go there or buy anything from your company.Most of your customers are young kids and nobody comes to complain as they are young. But I am old enough to know that I deserve to get the item I paying for In full and correct.If you care about your business you should do something.

Went on a weekday (late) evening, approximately half an hour before closing. There was a line consisting of a few people, which made for a 5-10 minute wait before ordering. The menu is quite extensive with many options for customization, so the time in line was well spent. There are a number of different sizes to choose from with a very fair price point for the amount of drink.Ordered a passion fruit lemon refresher and watermelon milk without any additional toppings. Drinks were made upon ordering within 5 minutes. Staff were polite and patient with ordering and very diligent in their work despite the busyness.Would recommend a visit for some reasonably priced bubble tea choices.

This joint is rad and has cemented itself as my favorite Bubble Tea go-to for numerous reasons.I got the almighty yummy Matcha Slush with Lychee Jelly which is the perfect one-two punch combo of bitter, bold & rich matcha flavor with a good old sweet tooth injection from the jello. Their matcha is an excellent grade and contains no added sugar or premix. An awesome drink, super tasty with fresh wholesome natural ingredients and served with a friendly five-star service. One of the reasons Ninja is so kickass, is their quality of drinks is better than everywhere else but also provides incredible value for money whilst also offering litre size options which are HUGE! They also have a very vast and customizable menu for lots of different types and flavors to curb your tastebuds cravings, whilst also offering us great plant-based milk options (Silk refrigerated) on top of dairy or milk powder based.. I'm always such in such a happy space after visiting this place and cannot wait to go again. I really hope their business can grow and expand across Greater Vancouver area as they are so much more superior than all other places or chains.Support local businesses!
