Careful what you purchase from Rolands or what services you request. Anytime I've taken jewelry back in for repair the price has been huge but the quality was lacking. Better off going into Edmonton for selection & service.

I was in the market for a family ring. All the designs I was looking at were the same old fashion style. I wanted something new, bold, unique and modern. A piece that would start conversation and tell a story.Roland' s Jewelry made that happen. The experience was super pleasant and I'm just in love with my new family ring!

Great service! My wedding set needed to be resized. After careful inspection, it needed some maintenance as well. Michelle was great at explaining in detail why the work was needed. She allowed me time to make a decision and I felt very supported. I didn't realize in how rough of shape my rings were in until the work was completed and I recieved them back. Sue's work is impeccable!

We stopped by Roland's to look for watches. Robyn was a terrific help and I ended up buying two.Over the years, Roland's had been our first stop whenever we looking for timepieces or jewelry, or if there is a watch our clock repair to be done. Roger is a fine repairman, but he'll also bring in a watchmaker for those difficult jobs (like my Omega wrist watch).We have always been pleased with the selection at Roland's, but even more importantly, with the quality of service. It's great to be looked after by neighbours from our community.

I can’t say enough great things about the service we have received from Michelle! My husband and I got married in June of this year (2022) and I had a vision. My engagement ring was from somewhere else (it’s white gold, pear shaped with diamonds) but I wanted my wedding band to be black to match my husbands. So Michelle figured out exactly what was going to work for us also keeping in mind that it needed to be gentle on my other rings with rubbing, etc. Honestly I will never be going anywhere else for jewelry. She is so kind and attentive she went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Thank you so much Michelle ❤️

They are wonderful!! They are very kind and considerate. They cleaned my ring and checked my claws at no charge and took links out of a watch for my stepdad fighting cancer! So family oriented! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

So nice to have this gem of a jewelry store to go to when you need a gift or to get jewelry repaired. Can always count on friendly prompt service… And great quality. Also love listening to the chiming clocks when I go in there.
