Cambridge PEAK Sleep Clinic

In response to the owners response to my review.. I was advised 3-4 weeks was the wait time. I have it in writing. Not sure where this new wait period is coming from. My first appt was Sept 2nd, 2021. 3 months later.. still no CPAP. Waiting for results to be reviewed. They rush to get you in for that OHIP money and then leave you waiting with bad sleeps.

The staff was very friendly and made the experience comfortable. However, I thought it was a bit ridiculous that the sleep study rooms aren’t air conditioned. My room was incredibly hot and I struggled to sleep at all because of it. The wires and tubes are already uncomfortable, yet it was the temperature of the room that was most uncomfortable for me. I woke up at 3am sweating. I had no blanket on and a small stand up fan next to the bed, but still it was unbearably hot. The body needs to drop in temperature in order to fall asleep, you’d think the sleep clinic would consider this and provide air conditioning on hot days. This was my only complaint but it really impeded my ability to get accurate results since I could barely sleep.

My technician was wonderful! She was friendly and courteous. The whole place felt more like home than the Kitchener location and was WAY quieter....making it easier to sleep.

I had a very caring and comfortable experience at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to me and the doctor was very knowledgable about all my concerns - I felt very reassured I was in good care.

Recommended this clinic to a family member and the staff and clinicians were incredibly kind and helpful. Will continue to recommend.

Don't go here !!! Aspecially during covid !!!! They don't clean their showers they say you can't use them because of covid but they have to sterilize everything in the bedrooms everytime they have to change the sheets and pillows everytime you go but they can't sterilize the bathroom for you to shower in but they can sterilize the bathroom downstairs for you to go to the washroom but that's it not clean !!!! Very pushy and demanding and doesn't listen when you speak it's all about them and the study not your concerns and then I voiced my opinion to the lady there all she could do was lean on the counter and look upset because she knew I was right ! I'm not joking when I told them I'm reporting this place . And I just received a call from the police that there was a complaint from there towards me. But that is cleared up because there's was no actual fighting I voiced my opinion!

I suffer from anxiety, but the staff made me feel much more at ease. They explained the process and were very accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic.

This location is very good for sleep study. My Technician Omair is very helpful and help me to understand the whole process and he answered my whole queries. I recommend this place to my friends and family for sleep study.

my second sleep study was here because of a long wait in another clinic and i found it quiet very clean and the staff (Matt) was very attentive and careful in looking after me. results were quick and the doctor and staff here are responsive and kind.
