Blue Diamond Pools

Blue Diamond replaced our pool liner. The process was smooth. We ordered our liner in the fall for a spring install. I was nervous that we would be well into the summer before we were up and running. I worried for nothing! After corresponding with “Mike”, he advised he would be by the week of April 23…they arrived on the 23rd and we were up and running by the 26th.The Crew was friendly, professional and efficient. They are knowledgeable, hard working and willing to answer all questions.I would recommend Blue Diamond Pools.

This is our beautiful backyard pond" designed by Adam Heath and installed by Blue Diamond Pools. Not only is this our child's playground but our relaxing oasis when we get home from work. The professionalism from the Blue Diamond crew is nothing short of pure excellence. We realized that no project is perfect and there will always be glitches but in the end it is how the company responds to any challenges and they stepped up to the plate any time we had concerns or questions and still are just a phone call away for anything we need. That kind of pride not only in their work but how they sincerely wanted to make everything right was appreciated and should be applauded and recognized.Blue Diamond also does all of our openings and closings. They are so efficient and a pleasure to have around

I am so happy we chose Blue Diamond to renovate our backyard and pool. We started the renovation in April 2020 and finished it late that summer so basically in the heart of the pandemic. There were challenges but surprisingly very few delays. Chase laid out the design and the team went to work. The result.... well the pictures tell the story. Thank you for guiding us through this process. I highly recommend Blue Diamond, they will not let you down. They are not the cheapest but buying cheap usually gets you cheap... Blue Diamond is the best.

We interviewed several pool companies and received several quotes. Blue Diamond is very professional and friendly, and available to answer questions along the way. They gave us professional advice and guidance to meet our needs and make our pool vision come to life. They are a very reputable company and we are so thankful we went with Blue Diamond. Our pool looks spectacular, was built in a timely fashion, and everything was a seamless process. As owners of Faris Team Real Estate, we like things done the right way without cutting any corners. Blue Diamond did just that! We also added an auto cover which we are so pleased with, fire-bowls and a fire table. Blue Diamond has an extra service for maintenance and we are so happy with our service guy Greg! They provide exceptional service. Andrew, Mike and the whole Blue Diamond team did an outstanding job designing and constructing my inground fibreglass pool last summer. Their attention to detail and always be reachable with answers to my questions was really appreciated. We got our pool done by Blue Diamonds in 2019. I loved how they provide everything you need and you don’t have to worry about contracting a million different companies! When we sat down with Adam the architect he just understood everything we were looking for when it came to our backyard. It is an oasis and I couldn’t be happier. Any issues we’ve had or if I can’t figure out how to do something they are very quick with their response and always get someone here quick to help. I’m so happy to see how they have grown and they truly deserve it! I would and do recommend them over and over.

Brought in Blue Diamond Pools to replace my liner, and salt cell. They were very professional, always responsive , and extremely clean and tidy. Mike Vizza was our project manager. He was always quick to respond to emails, and any questions which we had. Salt liner was replaced during 2021 season as we chose to replace liner during start of 2022 opening. Old liner removed 1st days quickly. Liner came in next day, pool surface had a few cracks which were fixed without even asking. Liner was put on properly and water truck delivery was arranged by Blue Diamond, and entire process was seamless. Even new hardware was installed to match the new liner. very Impressed. Avi Goldberg

Building our little oasis was a big financial and emotional commitment to our family and there was a big emphasis to make sure we partnered with the right team. We selected Blue Diamond due to their positive reviews and the previous jobs we researched. We leveraged Blue Diamond's expertise to provided us various options to ensure we have the best value for our budget. Chase, Andrew, Mike were always available (still available actually) when we had questions, comments or concerns. They stuck to their timelines and went above any beyond to ensure the job site was clean/safe for our young children.I also felt it was important that blue diamond provided us options for them to manage the whole project or for us to tackle certain elements. They worked around our scheduled which helps saves some costs if you are a little hands on.We continue to use Blue Diamond for the services component for opening/closing and any general maintenance.Couldn't recommend these guys more and we are extremely satisfied with our final result.Thanks Blue Diamond.

Five star. At first I waited to do a review to make sure they were good. That was five years ago. My concrete is impeccable. My opens and closes have always been done by them even though I am in Orillia. Here’s why. I have a relationship now. I see the same guy Greg yearly. When my phone omni app told me something was blocking the pool and I was out of province they were there that day. I have watched them up their game on the service side. The directional stickers help me do my part. I pick from the menu . I do my own filter cleans and T cell cleaning . I like them to do my opens and closes as I have no risk . They upgrade my software . Keep my very big investment safe. Special mention to Greg , Andrew who built it and Chase. We solved every problem we encountered and literally everyone who comes to my house mentions the concrete. It’s five summers now and perfect. Secondly I am glad I was up sold on high efficiency gear. My heater isn’t expensive to run and you need one. My self chemical system was an extra with the omni app but it’s a must. Your kids and perhaps spouse will promise to keep it clear but resorts have staff for a reason. My opinion only. Well done, Blue Diamond.

Great and painless experience from beginning to end.Blue diamond pools sent two pros; John and Greg who got everything done in one day.We had a clogged skimmer line. We didn't know where the clog was or what it was. To fix it and find it we would need to break most of the concrete around our pool and it would cost a fortune..... or so we thought.These awesome gentlemen found a perfect workaround for our pool, eliminated the previous skimmer line entirely from the equation, built in a new line and and even buried it. Our back yard looks perfect with no damage, no concrete had to break and best of all the pool was fixed for an affordable price within a single day.Thank you to Chase for his responsiveness and the guys for taking care of us so well. They even referred us a few other awesone pros to fix the pool heater among other things.Although they work via prepaid service and at first its a little weird paying before the job even starts, but i assure you the service is worth it and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
