Got an IPhone 12 and Brook was an absolute gem, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and set my account up with all the accessories. Brook even put on my friends screen protector. Brook is so efficient!! She knew I was looking for a new phone for my son. She called when there was an awesome promotion on. And it just happen to be perfect time for his birthday. Brook is so personable, fast and willing to help. She made it so easy for me. Even when she was off shift she arranged for me. So a shout out to Mac who changed my SIM card and a shout out to Jordan for porting a number. All great service under Brooks guidance.

We went into Walmart South to look for new phones last week. Mac in the phone department was amazing he thoroughly explained our options and found ways to save us money on 3 phones! We were so impressed by how much knowledge he had on the different phone plans and we've recommended many of our friends to go and see him.

Went in and got a phone today, I was helped by Brook. She is hands down the best person that I have dealt with! She was knowledgable on every question I asked. She was super friendly, helped with all my needs in great time and she truly just went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It's hard to find customer service like that now days, so thank you Brook for making my phone shopping experience fast, easy and stress free!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our phones. Associate Brogan in the Electronics section helped us out more than we ever have before. He helped us decide what the best option was for us by giving us the options available. Not only that, but he also helped transfer our data from our old phones to the new ones. If you’re not completely sure on how to do that yourself: no problem. I went to replace my phone at the red deer south Walmart and prior to that we had gone a couple other places and got very minimal help. Mac gave us the best experience we’ve ever had replacing phones. He knew all his stuff and didn’t rush us into picking a random phone with no information on them. He explained the plans before we even looked at the phones to help us get an idea of price. I believe getting a new phone is a very big decision and he made me feel very good about my switch. Mac helped us figure out the exact cost on multiple phones and took the time we needed and didn’t rush us in any way. Mac also looked at my usage and got me into the most beneficial and cost efficient plan I could’ve asked for. Now I’m not over paying for stuff I don’t need or use. If I were to recommend where someone should get a new phone it would definitely be the south side Walmart with Mac!
