I met the owner Matt Fierling at a random open house, and after only a few talks I was impressed by his expertise and knowledge. I decided to sign up for his help on the spot. He is very understanding, helpful, always reachable, witty and funny, the best realtor I have worked with. Their online property search system is definitely top notch, the best I've ever used. The speed of the search notification is incomparable, at least half day faster than other apps out there. In today's market, half day can make a big difference. My husband and I were really on the fence about listing our home. When Matt Phipps called us out of the blue and asked if we were interested in listing, we agreed to meet him. The best realtor in Kitchener!!! Matt helped us get a house in our price range which felt impossible in this market. He was incredibly knowledgeable on walkthroughs and would be able to point out any potential issues with houses and things we might need to pay to fix or could do ourselves. It was like walking through every house with a home inspector. Not only did he help us get the house but afterwards was able to provide us with great recommendations on contractors, kitchen cabinet people etc. He seems to know everyone in Kitchener, Waterloo area!
