I have been with this company since It was started many years ago, the service is incredible and the prices can’t be beat ! I had one water damage claim a few years ago and it was handled beyond my best expectations ! You can’t go wrong buying insurance from them !

Called to get my insurance swapped to a new rig, was done in a few minutes and my proof of insurance was in my email.

Was left on hold for 45 minutes and they left the office for the day with us on hold, had to contact Intact direct to add a vehicle to our policy, they hooked us up with Suzanne at the Sheet Harbour office who handled everything a pro. So, shame on you Sydney office.

They care about mental health for me and also my family unless someone is telling me other wise , they took care of me perfectly fine hope they are doing it all the time to all and hope they never fall and take care of all of us in my family including my mother brother sister and aunts uncles grandmother nieces and nephews get you the right mental state and never hesitate because we desplay nice and healthy thoughts get to the top and cherish everything you got never stop care never be over bearing caring for you is caring for me and never wanna see people bleed unless they messing with me achieve it all and again never fall I speak for us never call your bluff cool stuff no ain't us taking just tryna make it aswell much love and thank you

Talk about hidden fees, canceled my coverage due to moving, set it up so it runs out at midnight before my next payment.. over a month later they take money out of my account for 1/2 the amount of my coverage & there is no explanation given, trying to contact my broker was like pulling teeth. Not impressed with Bluenose or with Intact

The women there are very friendly and got my needs met in exceptional time
