Had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru Outback wilderness here. Kuljinder was the salesperson who took care of everything for me and did a really great job walking me through each process and was thorough with the ins & outs of the car. The management team especially Stelios, made sure any and all of my questions were answered. I felt taken care of and appreciate the welcoming culture and transparecy of Subaru.

Just picked my 2016 F-150 from Richmond Subaru, and what an amazing experience it was.The detailer Sam made sure this truck was immaculate, the sales team was incredibly informative and friendly, and the finance managers were able to get me the best extended warranty I could get!I can't wait to come back to service with this team, and hopefully get some Ford parts through their parts department.Thank you Richmond Subaru.

I had an unusually great experience at Richmond Subaru. It is rare to fully trust an automotive dealership. As way of background I am a 65 y/o engineer and an experienced car person with 8 cars, most of them German. I had a difficult problem that I suspected was caused by a service from one year ago! The manager immediately took full responsibility even before verifying the cause. The service was completed with problem identified and Richmond Subaru attained a customer for life. I am also a retired CEO of a medical device company. Its apparent that Amer does a wonderful job managing his service department. The atmosphere and culture are clearly exceptional.

Bought a 2023 Subaru Forester, Salesman Eason Wang was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. he let us take our time and test drive all the cars until we found the right one. Definitely recommend to my friends!

We have always had our 2007 Forester serviced and repaired at Richmond Subaru.They are very efficient and dependable.We have just had an emergency repair to our brakes. Our service advisor Cory was amazing, he had the part ordered and booked us in very quickly. Repair has been carried out, so now all is fine.Cory very polite, friendly and efficient.We will continue to have our car serviced at Richmond Subaru.

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my first subaru at richmond subaru! Both sales managers Ray and Troy personally came over to congratulate me with my new car and made me feel extremely excited. The entire sales staff was very friendly, Jay Shead the GM even came out to congratulate me on my new purchase. Sunday in finance made me feel very comfortable while going over my lease he is a very easy going dude. A special thanks to Cory in service for getting me ready for my first service appointment and getting me hyped to go driving! Also Sam the lot manager got my new car looking beautiful on the inside and out. I highly recommend this team of people to anyone looking at purchasing a new or used car they make you feel like you’re part of the team!

Dean is a very good worker and gives excellent customer service. However, some other employees gave low quality car washes multiple times. They washed my mats but they put them back in my car wet instead of drying them first. The exterior wash was also not good because my car still looks dirty.

Although I am in love with my Subaru and am so thankful to be driving it, I had a less than admirable experience with the service that Subaru Richmond had provided me. At risk of sounding like a Karen

We bought our second Subaru from Richmond Subaru five years ago. Although we lived a lot closer to other dealerships, the staff at Richmond Subaru made the buying process uncomplicated, friendly, and hit the best price for what we wanted, with no compromises.Years later, we depend on the Service Department for their excellent maintenance and personable help. Even though we live much closer to other dealerships, the attention to detail, helpful consideration and concern, and friendly service that makes you feel a real part of the Subaru family makes Richmond Subaru the answer for us. We want to give a particular shout out to Cory Gruter Andrew, and his supporting staff, which definitely includes the young girl who drove us to dim-sum while we waited for our service to be completed.We had concerns about our wheel alignment, which was a little wonky. It works PERFECTLY now - straight as an arrow.Thanks guys (and girl!!!) for all that you do to make our driving experience with our Outback a positive one.
