Wayne County Prosecutor

I have been trying to get someone to help me in this office for almost a year now. I have 625 permit on my license from 20 years ago. Prosecutor was suppose to remove this when I was sentenced for the crime. Now 20 years later, I'm trying to get this removed but no one here will answer the phone or an email. So now I can't provide for myself because I can't get the Driver's license that I have paid all the fines and cost to get back. This would take literally 5 minutes to do, but no one cares in this office

If I could give NEGATIVE REVIEWS I would. I have been reaching out for 7 months and cannot get anyone to give me an update to my CHILDS case regarding nude photos of her. SHAMEFUL! Shame on the Wayne County Prosecutor's office!!!! TALK ABOUT A WORTHLESS ORGANIZATION OF PEOPLE!

They issued a felony non support warrant for my ex 2 years ago, and have done nothing since. Only thing that's changed is he owes way more money and is considered a fugitive in another state as well. Sad thing was, that other state had him in custody for 70 days and could've held him for another 30.

So the prosecuting office is not letting victims know their supposed to appear in court no calls no mail no email how was a victim supposed to now the person was in custody did let me no any from them getting arrested to you're dropping the case for Aggravated/Felonies Assault nnow how does that work

This office is disrespectful Bryan white is a deceptive character! And he knows I know that about him. They lie they also allow police to lie if they think your case is indispensable!

On march 8 I called this place at 252pm.....the lady want answer......but the first time she did answer she was so aggressive.....she kept asking me the same question where is the letter from where is the letter from......well after I told her she quickly said I had the wrong place and then when I finally gave me a chance to tell her why I called she said ok I will connect u to a prosecuting......now she want answer.....shame on her....... I feel like the DETROIT police department is harassing me......want spill the beans on here but when I look back at the foot trail it's like wait wait wait....but I can't report them seem like they all a team......

So I'm injured and I gotta go into court in two days wonder what the judge is gonna do bc I'm not going to jail I was trying to prevent from my friend was trying to do and I have never been so worried but it's a really bad situation bc if I get anxious my blood pressure is going to go through the roof and I know I'm innocent I don't care what the cameras say. I walked out with the stuff I bought and I get charged for it are you kidding me this is stupid.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’m a victim of aggravating stalking and domestic abuse. My case was sent over by another official who thought I didn’t get a fair case in Westland, MI. I wasn’t one of the women who went back to my attacker, I stuck with it for 2 years. The defendant spent this case around numerous of time by firing his attorney, which Judge Van Houghton allowed. She was very negligent to the plaintiff. This Prosecutor Patrica had no clue what this case entailed until last week. Miss Patricia called me last week and tell me I should take what I get and move on. I told them no I would like to go to trial especially since my stalker was the one that suggested it. He later changes his mind. The prosecutor tells me they had court today and he has probation. No one informed me of any court date today. Thank God I have informed mail. I hadn’t received anything. The prosecutor and the judge violated my rights and I beg if someone knows what to do please help me. They just let a habitual criminal go free. He has four other cases with the same charge in the past and all the Wayne County prosecutor fought for was probation. Then while talking about it with her she hung up on me. She had no compassion for me. Thank God I recoded this conversation. Kim Worthy that office needs work. Your employees just killed me. Thank you for your terrible service.

After attempting to contact the prosecutors office call the number listed not in service, try contact us states not secured web site. So I'm left to believe that the county prosecutors office is as corrupt as the city prosecutors in the state. I don't understand who a city prosecutor can deny prosecution of a person because there is civil action pending. The fact that someone steals well over a 100K and doesn't get charged with a felony is unbelievable.
