Love this gym. The front staff is friendly, they have all the equipment you'd need, it’s clean and spacious, and membership prices are fair. Previous gym management wasn't the best but they have new management. The current manager Kurt is a great guy - very accommodating and honestly just makes the gym feel more like a community. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone considering it.

Great gym with friendly, excellent staff and all the equipment one would need. It’s even got turf with a sled push and big ropes like the mma fighters use for conditioning. On top of that they have really great, knowledgeable trainers and a physiotherapy clinic as well.

Been going to this gym since 2021, and it provides a no-nonsense space to workout. The staff are super friendly and accomodating, and are often willing to work with you to help you get a membership that best fits your needs.Machines and equipment are plentiful, and though equipment sometimes breaks, management is quick to fix the issues. It's no LifeTime, but it gets the job done, and I can't argue with the price.Definitely the best consumer gym in the PC area.

I find this gym to deliver on everything, machines, cardio machines, organization, cleanliness, and amazing staff. I recommend this gym to everyone.

This gym has Everything you need to get an amazing workout in. All machines are well maintained and there are plenty of racks to lift to your muscles content! The staff is super friendly and they even let me bring my boy to come work out with me. Yoga and other classes are included in your membership!

Very welcoming environment. My teenage son joined with his friends. I love that they provide sanitizer bottles/clothes as you check in. He's had a great experience so far.

Good place for all your workout needs at the center of port credit. Me and my friend were going regularly but couldn't continue for personal reasons . Kurt and his staff have been very professional and understanding. I highly recommend Port credit Athletics.

I just recently joined this gym for an amazing price. There is great amazing and friendly staff, great equipment with an amazing clean environment. It's more of a family here and a community. Everyone's very nice that works out here. Love it!

What a transformation . PCA opened again with fresh vigor when COVID emergency restrictions relaxed ..The new people in charge got this right.Gym is clean well laid out.Equipment good and lots. No waiting even at peak times never feels crowded. Everybody uses spray and cloth wipe down machinesGood mix on membership all ages all abilities. Great open hours.Boxing room Yoga room and exercise class room set aside main section. Respectful friendly staff. Members and staff have all with a health and fitness mission. Affordable no frills convenient facility ( just behind Shoppers Drug store ---Lakeshore at Cawthra.) Attached to other side of PCA main room is a private ( for a fee) ) is a physio medical and fitness consultancy.What' s not to like--?Electronics on some machines should be tweakedWall displays have a few too many ad flyers .When morning classes are on the go parking sometimes ahike to the front door.Love this place. Good work PCA.
