Worst customer service. Had to give them 1 star just post they don't deserve any.Told me the CPAP mask strap I bought mid March that just was used too much and they won't replace it. Customer service emailed was rude and insulting.

Very happy that I paid less than 1/2 the price of local supplier. Received the unit promptly and it was what I expected. The website is not the greatest as I kept cycling through the homepage even after entering the login data BUT the contact people got back to me within minutes. Very happy. Thank you.
