Spotless Dry Cleaners

I brought to them 4 panel curtains for alteration. They gave a receipt for 40$. When I want to pick them up they asked for 80$. They said it was too hard to cut them. Their manager suppose to call me to tell me that. Nobody called. I refused to pay 80$ since I bought the curtains for 100$. I was arguing with the guy at the front desk and at the end he let me pay the initial fee. I told him that I would never go there again and he said WHO CARES? I'm surprised you are still in business with this attitude.Stay AWAY from that place. There is a another dry cleaner , Flair Cleaner on Thomas Alton not too far from that place.

Due to covid 19 business hours listed on google maps are not correct. Actual opening time is 10am instead of 7am, please update your hours, customer service once open is great though.

Hands down the best dry cleaner in Burlington. We’ve tried others out but always go back to Spotless. Always courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

I'm from the US and spend several weeks in the area each year working with our sister company. Been using spotless wash & fold service for years. Always been on time, clean and reasonably priced.

Here at 9:15 am. Closed. No one here. Says on the door 7 am to 8 pm weekdays (it’s Wednesday). Maybe they closed permanently??

Not so Spotless. Dropped off a three piece suit and two dress shirts. Shirts not properly pressed and was littered in hair, lint, and creases. I thought I'd give them a try as there are two cleaners near me. Won't be coming back.May 25 - Got a pleasant call from the district manager offering to redo my entire order for free back at this location. Really good to see great customer service like this.

Place appears to be closed permanently. Visit on Sep 13th at 1:00 and it is locked up, with a sign listing other Spotless locations.

Was promised on Tuesday my dry cleaning would be ready on Friday afternoon (wedding on Saturday). Dry cleaning not ready told to come back Monday
