I wish I can give 0 stars. This apartment is the worst. Every single thing in the unit breaks so easily and they take MONTHS to fix it. The kitchen drawers are not fixed until 9 MONTHS LATER. The washing machine wasn't installed correctly which cause my whole unit to be flooded and damaged alot of things. They only gave us a 100$ gift card for 2 people, which did not cover my items that was damaged.They do not care about the tenants, they only care about our money and try to extort money as much as possible.

First time renting with Sage Kingston despite the bad reviews at their Waterloo locations, VERY disappointed. The unit is NOT completed, NOT professionally cleaned, and NOT move-in ready. Photos are uploaded for reference. Nails and blades were found, the whole unit is also very dusty from construction works. A screenshot of an email sent from management is also uploaded. Nothing was mentioned about cleaning.

Avoid! The most untruthful building owners and managers. They made us move-in into an incomplete building Sep 21 and kept maintenance and construction operational until April. Dust everywhere, malfunctioning fire alarm going on and off during the night and day. Maintenance walking into your unit regularly, emails everyday on building sections getting shutdown for construction or repair, including parking and common areas, if not your unit.To top it off, they avoid being honest about anything, they’re understaffed and their staff knows nothing about anything going on in the building. Promised construction will be done in a few months and nothing changed in the units up until April-May. And we paid a lot to be there.

It deserved 0 star if not -1. We rented a 2 bedroom unit from Sept 21 to Aug 22 from Sage Kingston, the condition was horrible and the never-ending renovation imposed major harm to tenants' health. Contractors came to the unit sanded the dry wall and painted the entire unit. The unit was so dirty and dusty. I moved out and my roommate extended the least and rented a 1 bedroom unit. At the moving time, they insist to charge $250+tax for the move-in fee. If my roommate dose not pay the fee, they threaten to cancel the lease and all the payments are nonrefunable. Profiteer is milking student for money. What a shame!

ridiculous management, should never reside in this building they promise you something which they cannot provide. they charge huge amount of money for providing pathetic service. writes false things in the lease and then says it was a mistake. they have a very common response for every problem we are out of supplies" ( they can say this for 4 months long ) and we have to live with the undone vanity box

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do NOT sign a lease here. Living here continues to be a nightmare, even nine months into my lease. This building was supposed to be done in September of 2021, and I'm still living in a construction zone as of almost May of 2022. We were promised so many amenities which I'm never even going to get to see before my year lease is up. Also, the furniture that comes in the units is laughable with how terrible it is. Just about everything breaks, and there's no possibility to get anything replaced! Getting any maintenance requests done is next to impossible, and I still have workers entering my unit weekly for no reason. There's still so much of this building needing to be done, and all I see is workers every day standing around and doing nothing. I don't think this building will be done by the time my lease is up. Save your time and money and DON'T try to live here.

Building manager will not assist tenants .. will not allow deliveries in building.... Delivery lockers need to be installed... If you receive items by mail.... Make sure your home to receive them... Or PAY for a delivery locker in a different location !!!

I saw a post they were hiring through Indeed and the job seemed very appealing, with no doubt I applied and patiently waited. While appplying they ask for your availability of time and day of when can you do an interview, i stated i was on a break for 2 weeks which i was available all day any time but that after x" date i was working and will need to arrange interviews after 5pm

if i could give zero stars i would. unsafe building, owners and management are thieves. one staff member says one thing, the other says different, make random excuses to get more money. i regret letting my children live here, college experience was made horrible for them because of sage. every other day a new issue arises and trying to leave is a bigger issue-arrogant, rude, unprofessional and violent/aggressive management and staff...do not give you notices and enter your unit without warning for work that they never completed while construction was ongoing and claim oh we forgot to provide notice of entry will not happen again and it still happened multiple times after that...while they advertise being furnished, the furniture and appliances are low quality and damaged. the so called emergency number is never picked! avoid leasing with them at all! nightmare....all complaints are ignored. you could provide emails/proof of their statements and they still do not accept..while all staff is horrible one in particular is the worst Jenna...she is aggressive, loud and wrong and should be fired..believe me when i say this is short version..i could write much more but just wanted to warn potential students/young people: stay away! horrible horrible place.
