Did an excellent job, quoted me a price I was happy with and came in considerably lower than the agreed price, obviously this isn't always going to happen, but it shows that they are trying to get you a good service for a good price. Our windows function well again and we don't have to buy new windows for a whole house. Definitely will use again.

An excellent duo of father and son who came and evaluated my widows, finding a quarter to need thermopane replacement, and another quarter getting there. They replaced the first quarter, and made minor repairs to a number of latches and locks. These windows are all 20 + years old and were visibly in need of repair or replacement, and audibly leaking air at times in winter. I did not feel in any way that I was being talked into getting work done that was not obviously in need of doing. Highly unusual!The repairs were expertly done, and the men were quiet courteous, tidy and helpful at all times.They even did some of the small repairs for no extra charge!The repairs and replacement thermopanes cost about a quarter of getting new windows, I would say. I am in the process of getting them to do some of the remaining problems. So nice to have un-fogged windows that actually open and close properly! I have had no difficulty contacting them at all.100% satisfied.

Unfortunately this seems to be the only window repair person in HRM. His business practice is laughable. He won't return phone calls, and if he does it isn't until late at night. He lies about having called back previously. Our sliding glass door is in worse shape now than before he came. His recommendation was to replace the entire door unit, when all it needs is a new roller track which I don't believe he ever actually tried to source.

Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered in my life. The person keeps screamin oh my god" when I was trying to clarify with her. Absolutely shameful. Never seen anything like this. Fixing windows is already stressful

Was quick, efficient, very clean. Was a pleasure to have come work on the house, saved a fortune over replacing!

Had the company come to the house for a quote back in October 21 and made for few phones to see about the delay on the windows and was told they were still waiting for 1 window pane to come in. Now November 22 and never heard back from the company.

An example of great service all around! We called to get a window repaired that other repair men had given up on. The same day the son of the owner went to do it. Price quoted was very reasonable and about 1/8 of what it would have cost to get the whole window replaced, which we thought was the only option left. Great work and great service - highly recommend!

The Window Man came recommended by a local contractor who suggested that we may be able to repair rather than replace our windows. Carl and Craig came by the same day we called. They assessed our windows and advised us of the repairs required, the cost, and their availability to do the work. They did exactly what they said they would, for the price they quoted, and within the timeframe promised. Our windows function properly again, our house is much warmer and more energy efficient, and all at a tiny fraction of the cost of replacing our windows. Highly recommend contacting The Window Man before making any final decisions to replace windows that may not need replacing at all!
