Lucy is by far, the best personal trainer you could ever hope for. She is exceptionally in tune with her client, know exactly what they need & when. She is head and shoulders above other trainers - there’s just no comparison. I have been with Lucy for almost a year, and no matter what’s going on in my life, I will clear the space for our sessions, because they practically mend me!! I could write pages about how wonderful she is - just do yourself a favor & trust me... Lucy is amazing!!!

Lucy has been an athlete most of her life and she is trained in and experienced in many types of training and sports. She has also studied psychosomatics extensively and stays on top of the latest research in exercise science, neuroscience and natural health.No matter what she always shows up with great enthusiasm and positive energy. She always shows up as a coach. I have gained so much training with Lucy. I am stronger, more confident, healthier and happier with her consistent guidance and support. I’ve been working with Coach Lucy for just over a year and I could not have asked for a better trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and tailors every exercise to my specific goals. Initially, when I started working with her, I had injuries and mobility issues. I was nervous and afraid of hurting myself further, but she was patient and reassuring during every session together. She is focused on how the body responds to different workouts, and is able to adjust/modify accordingly if needed.She incorporates lots of different techniques, which keeps the workouts fun and challenging, and is completely focused on you and how you move. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness, as it is evident from working with her that her goal is to help you achieve this.

Lucy is an absolutely wonderful PT. She is extremely positive, energetic and eager to help you reach your goals. She explains her workouts step-by-step beside you and makes sure you feel in control of your own learning & progress. It may feel like there's a lot to learn (diet/exercises/etc.) but Lucy is clear and patient with any questions you may have. She makes you feel confident and enthusiastic about going to the gym and lifting weights!It's very clear she is passionate about her work and her clients. Highly recommend <3

Coach Lucy gets five stars from me (I’d give her six if I could). Her depth of knowledge and articulation of the subject of physical fitness is quite remarkable. In our workout sessions, Coach Lucy demonstrated the ability to assess my physical condition on an almost minute-by-minute basis and give smart, tailor-made instructions on the spot. She ran them with a toughness and caring that seemed to know just how hard to push without causing injury to this old body, all the while keeping it fun and interesting. I learned a great deal, which I will keep and use for the rest of my life.Thanks for your positivity and encouragement, Lucy. Working with you has markedly changed the trajectory of my fitness and health for the better. I enjoyed every minute of it.
