I am writing this letter in reference for BDO and Yvette Power the lady I met with. I believe that to know Yvette is a true advantage. We all know that securing financial help these days is a difficult task, but finding a person that identifies YOUR needs, understands you and provides you with the right vehicles to secure your future, is an extremely daunting task. Fortunately for me, I found someone that has all the above traits and is a very hard worker; Yvette Power.I have some finance issues and concerns that I am writing this letter in support for Yvette personally. I believe that to know Yvette is a true advantage.I have just recently met with Yvette, she explained to me in detail, the different offers from different companies and choices available. I have some finance issues and concerns that needed to be clarified and have been engaging in some conversations with different companies and looking at options. Yvette helped to explain my concerns and issues without bias and how to resolved the problem without the stress and complications usually associated with cash flow issues. I know that Yvette has put forth a lot of effort and time to compile a solution that suits my needs. I just wanted to write to show appreciation for Adam Cardwell from BDO Debt Solutions. When we were first looking for a solution to my Mother's debt, we approached 2 other companies based on recommendations. Both were not understanding of our situation, nor even very personable.When we came to BDO, we immediately felt heard and empathized with. Adam showed the utmost professionalism as he walked us through the steps to get my Mom approved for a Consumer Proposal.This has made a major difference to my parent's lives, as prior to this approval, ALL of Mom's income was going to interest payments only. It can be very difficult to swallow pride and ask for help, but it is well worth it! Now with BDO's help, she is paying down her debt, and will again have money in the foreseeable future. I met with Adam Cardwell at the BDO Canada office on Kenmount Road in late February to discuss my debt issues. I was hesitant at first to open up about the situation I found myself in, but Adam made me feel comfortable and I never got the feeling of any judgment; he was there to help. After providing the details of my financial difficulties, Adam discussed the different options available, the pros and cons of each, and we landed on a consumer proposal as the best debt solution based on my financial circumstances. The proposal consolidated all my different loans and consumer debts into one reduced manageable monthly payment and stopped the interest accumulating on the debt; I could finally see the light at the end of the debt tunnel I had been trapped in. The entire process was insightful and transparent and moved very quickly which was extremely helpful. The only mistake I made after getting in over my head was not reaching out for help from Adam and the BDO team sooner! I highly recommend the services provided by BDO and truly appreciate Adam’s assistance. Thank you again!

BDO is absolutely fantastic to deal with . They are so kind , patient and incredibly understanding. I got sent to them from a different agency I found on line. If I had known I was going to end up at BDO I would have skipped the middle man altogether. I have several medical conditions that make it hard for me to focus and sometimes understand or loose my words during a conversation. But Adam at BDO was so kind to me. He's such an asset to BDO. Nancy was great as well. They are extremely efficient and thorough. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
