Curious to know why case managers at New Directions are posting anti mask stuff publicly on their social media? It's a bad look on the company

Update: A manager was in touch with me, who agreed that the information I was provided with over the last year was wrong and that what I was promised in terms of services and help never actually existed. This was the fuel for my angry original post as I was desperate for help and waited a year with regular check-ins for nothing. The manager provided valuable solutions such as retraining staff and ensuring the proper programs were being advertised. I was able to get in to see a family counselor and have started the process I needed, which I appreciate greatly. I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star as I feel this situation was handled professionally with a willingness to admit mistake, learn from it and provide steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. I feel that is really responsible and respectful. Thank you.Zero stars. This place DOES NOT want to help you. You will fall through the cracks after waiting and waiting for your child to get help. Worst facility I've ever had to deal with. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR YOUR CHILD. The system is GARBAGE.

Bad service and bad staff the doesn't nothing to help with my goal in the my life. They don't have a clue who I'm .I been with new directions for 3 year .no proper service

Case manager Sharon has an outdated and sexist mindset of what the world and the people living in it owes her and how people should treat her. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for support when staff has such backwards way of thinking about society and what it owes her. Peoples personal lives are put on hold and their own lives and feelings are invalid if she isn't happy with how they look or behave around her. Terrible.

BUYER BEWARE - We booked them to cater an event months in advance of the date and everything was planned and signed. We called two weeks in advance of the event just to confirm everything was still ok seeing as we hadn't heard from them for some time and were not receiving email response. It turns out that they couldn't cater our event due to lack of staff (which would have been fine) but they weren't even going to let us know!! VERY disappointing!
