The staffs are not sure what they are doing, shares wrong information very obvious ones including such as can u pls share 3rd party letter of authorisation - she said nothing like that (been working that job for a while), or maybe they are just racist and want to trouble for no reason. Multiple occasions my family and I had bad experience, similar complians I heard from other immigrants. To the extent once the staff said my Canadian passport as ID can't be used. As if I was giving fake passport - hurtful experience in my last 12 year in Canada unlike other parts of Canada where Govt. Staffs where pretty decent to deal with usually.

Do not go here for land registry services- they don’t do it anymore. Girls are not helpful.

Great staff that do their utmost to help you.
