This was a horrible experience. I had several shipments both delivered to my home and ones for pickup. Both left a lot to be desired. I gave exact instructions to the driver as to where to deliver and how. When they arrived, they told me to come get my stuff. The driver had thrown all the items I had on the ground for anyone to pick up - nowhere near my door. I was also told that there would be 3 attempts before it was sent to the store. Apparently it is exactly 1x. At the office, my packages were left out where other customers could have grabbed the items. Also my items weren't sitting the way the boxes were labelled. The bags and boxes I received had holes and slits in it - leaving some of the items inside covered in dirt or partially crushed. You'd think the fees you pay, as opposed to something like Canada Post, would result in better service. Nope. At any time they could have tried to help make this easier or patched up my packages during transit, but they chose not to.

It cost me 66 to ship a box of shoes to Ontario; with the same package, Canada post only charges 28.UPS is more expensive in any aspect, it cost 7 to add a signature requirement, but it only cost 2 at Canada post.Unfortunately, the service of Canada post is also better and more friendly

Very helpful! I had a report to be bound at the last minute, as in I had to leave for a flight within two hours, they were able and willing to accommodate. Staples said they were 'backed up.' UPS had it ready for me within 20 minutes. Thank you again!

Dropped off a box with a prepaid label and asked for a piece of tape to seal the box, and they charged me for a Piece of tape. I’ll never go back. Avoid this place. Lots of other options

Utterly horrible.Had a package they claimed was delivered but it never was. Driver claims he left it at front door but of course never once knocked or rang the doorbell. Most incompetent delivery company in the world. DO NOT use UPS to send packages anywhere.I get that this is a franchisee and not responsible for the drivers, but that's irrelevant. You are representing the UPS brand. What the drivers do, reflects on you.

I was looking for a box that can fit the package Iam sending. Li and Tam greeted me at the store not only they found the right size they also packed it for me with in like minutes. First time I transacted at a shipping store where I felt there was a real customer service. 5star!!! Ill be back for sure

Needed to ship some sports equipment to Boston, walked into the store with a plastic bag of smelly equipment and a lacrosse stick. Natalie was a rock star in making it happen!! She suggested and provided boxes that would be the most economical way to ship, even gave me a screw driver to take the stick apart so it could ship more cheaply. She gave me several options for pricing and shipping time, and even helped fill in the declaration so it would be accurate for custom clearance. Everything arrived intact on the exact date scheduled.Natalie gets customer service. She was patient, helpful, friendly, and dealt with several customers efficiently as she was the only person working at the time. Will be back with any shipping needs. Natalie, you are the best!

Yes 5 stars, and why Simply because of the following:1- Employees: Li is an excellent customer oriented leader, she acts to any request in a very quick manner with very high quality. She is always cooperative and supportive. In addition she is details oriented and focusing on what makes customers satisfied.2-Service: I am UPS client now for almost 1 and half year and i am very happy to say that this branch is excellent when it comes to mailboxes, sending shipments and other services.3- i strongly recommend this branch in specific and very happy to say they will help you as VIP CUSTOMER.
