wouldn't come to Cape north unless it was worth it understandably so we had to get on the horn like he asked and roundup some people...i had five!! it took a bit of time but we did that... then gave him the info..he sat on it for weeks didn't call everyone to organize a time for us... so i called him he said he was super busy and if i could contact everyone and find a date that works... so i got back on the horn and juggled everyone's schedule to a time that worked for everyone i contacted him with the info.... i felt like i was working for him now hahahaha... calling people and advertising for him all over social media ectweeks went by again he didn't call anyone that i spent a fair bit of time organizing for him....created a pile of business enough to make it worth it..meanwhile taking calls for him and getting price info ect.... he waited till the last minute...end of fall and called everyone and after waiting almost two months....of course a couple people canceled because of lack of communication and how long this took ect and so he pulled the plug.. no sorrys no ill charge you more just straight up im not gonna come upall that work getting him contacts and business and making calls for him and in the end he said it's not worth it and left us this winter with a chimney that needs some attention... this was 2 months notice..... WASTE OF TIME!! Does not serve all of Cape Breton Island like he promotes! Rude! Very unprofessional! Im sour....thanks for nothing

Had 2 different days set up, no show,call not returned

Been trying to get him to come look at my chimney since I bought my home in October of 2018. Continuously saying he be here “in the next few weeks” etc. Useless business and from what I see the only thing they’re known for is no-showing. Sad when a business with such little competition has poor operators. Excuses on excuses.
