I’ve been to this location several times now. I will keep coming back. This is a well organized store. The employee(s) take pride in their job and workplace. It is immaculately clean and tidy store. I’m always promptly greeted as I enter the store. When asked if I need help finding anything, it is always polite. I absolutely enjoy their English Breakfast tea. (Loose tea). It is always a pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered online and they doubled up on cake pans (we ordered 2”x6”, they gave us those AND 3”x6”). They asked which pans we needed so I and an associate went and picked out the 2” pans. Unbeknownst to us, they had already given us and charged us for the 3” on the online order. The 2” had to be rung in separately because I picked them out then. Apparently cake pans are non-refundable, and since we didn’t keep the receipt for the separate in store purchase of 2” pans, they wouldn’t believe us that we did not ask for the 3” pans.To sum up, they charged us for an item we never asked for, then refused to accept an unopened return WITH the receipt because we didn’t have the SECOND receipt proving I had also purchased 2” pans.

There is a man working here who is really rude, way past unfriendly. He is the reason for so many of the negative comments and I add mine here. I have the option to choose another store, which I will. I feel sorry for the lovely staff that have to work with him, he is so miserable. I feel sorry for him too, living in that head must be so awful. Customer Service 101 - never tell a customer that they have to" do something. They don't...they can move on to another store. I have been supporting this store since it opened

Arrived at store at 830pm Wednesday only to find them shutting off the lights as we approached the entrance door and to find the doors locked when clearly the posted hours stated that the closing time was 9:00pm. Not only were the hours of operation on the window, but clearly stated on the their website of which I checked before making the trek to the store. Very frustrated and very disappointed...

There's a guy that works here that makes clientele feel very uncomfortable. Looks to be 50ish. He is quite rude and accusatory. The other day I saw him following a senior, scowling and telling her she had to pay for what she was grabbing.... there wasn't anything indicating she would not. I've seen him act this way towards numerous customers. He's going to single handedly drive this place out of business. I understand there is a lot of theft there. I used to manage a store next to bulk Barn. It was something we dealt with, but we dealt with it tactfully. Perhaps it's time for more training. Unfortunately this guy might be an owner. If that's the case, yikes. Best of luck

I gave 2 stars, 1 for the young lady that worked there that is leaving for Costco and 1 is for the young man working the door with the Grey and Black mask. Both of these people are very friendly and a good representation of what customer service and happy to be there personality is..The Manager ... the other dark haired guy with the phone stuffed in his back pocket that does absolutely nothing but walk around with a miserable look on his face.When asked to scoop out 1/2 scoop of walnuts.. he scooped out mostly dust .. I asked him to scoop another half bag that did not have me paying for a bag of debris. He argued with me and said that he did take it from the top.. I told him no you did not and you can please do as I ask or I will go to another location.. He was miserable towards me the rest of the purchase.I have 30 years experience in customer service and business management and WTH is this guy doing as a manager.I over heard a conversation with two customers that left the store because he was so rude to them and they were asking the same thing. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THAT GUY AS A REPRESENATIVE OF YOUR STOREGET RID OF THE GUY .. it may save you from constantly rehiring staff because he is so rude.. and might also save your location from customers going where they feel like they are an important part of the experience at Bulk Barn

Always a great experience. I controlled myself and only bought the sprinkles i went in for. Some of every color.my granddaughter had so much fun making her own custom combination for our cake pops.

Standard product rotation for bulk barn is, dump the old product on top of the new bin… but what if your product is rancid? Well then dump the new product on the old to hide it.Store policy is once the product leaves the store, it’s non returnable. Which is understandable it’s food and can be contaminated. Ok fine. That’s not the issue.Why when a customer complains would you then choose to hide the issue? Case in point: White Almond Bark. You had a customer complain, you told them everything was ok. So I wanted to see how you rectified this. Firstly you lied and told them everything was ok, but you hid that old rancid product under the fresh product. As a paying customer, you sold me rancid product, you have been given the opportunity to fix this before I even stepped in your store. You did not.Thank goodness the Winnipeg Health Authority will field a complaint.
