Amazing service from both gentleman. The technician installing the water heater was extremely polite, efficient and left the job site cleaner then he found it. And the consultant for the water softener and ductless heating and ac unit was informative and worked very hard over the next few days getting us the best deal possible as well as configuring prices rhe purchase outright, rent or make payments. Communication was exceptional

David was absolutely amazing, we called him late evening and when he showed up he finalized everything for us and had our new water tank, AC, and furnace replaced within 2 days. David is hard working, and very professional. We received the best service. I highly recommend David.

They got here on time to look at our water heater. I didn’t have an account, and they were super knowledgeable and set it up so a rep could come and talk to me. The repair tech Jason found a quick fix for us that would allow us to have water until they did the big repair the next day. I am so grateful for their information and promptness. They did not try to hugely upsell us, but give us options.

I called Reliance to come by my house to take a look at a furnace issue, they arrived same day. The technician Jason was incredibly professional and helpful. The service manager with him was also a pleasure to deal with and very informative! I would recommend reliance for all of your needs and will be using them going forward.

Called Reliance this morning due to a water leak in the hot water tank. Repair rep was available as early as 1-5pm. Rep called ahead about 5min before he showed up as promised/expected and then proceeded to diagnose the issue. Soon Sal and a Manager showed up (Sal was from London) the Manager made sure I had been happy with all the other services and then he left. Sal, he did a great job, neat and tidy with his work and very organized. Made sure all was good before he cleaned up and left to drive back to London from Sarnia. Sure glad Sal (#112276) was around today to help replace our hot water tank. If I could I would definitely say he deserves to be recognized for such a quick replacement and being very professional. Well done and thank you!!!

David was extremely thorough in explaining the air unit I was interested. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain and answer all the questions we asked. I would recommend Reliance an specifically David to all my friends and family who may be looking for a new unit

I am extremely satisfy with Reliance service. Our AC broke down and needed to get a new AC as soon as possible. Contacted Customer Service and the representative was able to book us an appointment right away and we had a new AC installed within two days. Thank you so much for the prompt service

If I could rate more that five stars I would. Couldn’t be happier with the plumbing service call by Reliance from my initial phone call which was answered right away by a very pleasant person. The service call was scheduled very quickly the same day and they were right on time. The plumbers, Ron and his partner could not have been more pleasant and the speed and quality of their work was top notch and also provided me with some valuable information to consider going forward. I would definitely recommend Reliance for plumbing repairs and if needed in the future they will be my first and only call.
