Beware of this dealership. They are selling vehicles that are unsafe to drive. They sold us a jeep wrangler hybrid without disclosing that an important part had to be replaced (which they had already ordered without our knowledge). we were advised of this information after we purchased the vehicle. we took it to another Chrysler dealership for inspection and found out that vehicle cannot be even driven until its part is replaced which took a whole month. Also, Bessette sales team didn’t tell us that electric mode wouldn’t work until the part was replaced. Been chasing them for a month now to address this issue, but they continue to ignore. Before purchasing anything from them, please do your own proper checks and do not trust them, which we regret doing.

I came here to see a used car advertised on their website. When I came, the car was in bad condition: Flat tires, brakes almost gone, did not even start and needed to be charged with a power pack - in summer. Needless to say, I did not buy here.Friendly personnel. I asked for a call back. They never returned it.

PROTECT YOURSELF!! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!!! I paid for a vehicle and they refused to give it to me. I would assume they got a better offer from another customer. Either way they went back on their Purchase Agreement and CONNED ME AFTER I PAID THEM IN FULL. So crooked. I can't believe they actually did this. MASSIVE SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
