Extremely impressed with the work ethic, care & attention Aubrey & Cody (I missed the other lad’s name that helped us pack up because his scheduled load cancelled last minute) displayed over the two days of our long distance move. They interacted with us well, kept an amazing pace and were professional every step of the way. Highly recommend this team.

Took care to ensure items and walls were safe. Returned in the afternoon to complete a job (folding treadmill needing disassembling) with no extra charge, lots of smiles and good humour. Highly recommend!

There is no better moving company than this. Landon and his crew are so quick and efficient! Normally “by the hour” take their sweet time. Not this team. This team is the real deal! Used them twice and will never use anyone else. Thank again!

I had them move me from Medicine Hat to lethbridge. The movers were nice guys but they wrecked my furniture. They took like 20 smoke breaks and it took longer to load then it should have but I didn’t say anything to them about that. I even had them just put all my plastic totes in the garage and moved them in myself. My couch is ripped and they would have clearly seen it was, my lazy boy chair was ripped (it comes apart and when put back together you can clearly see it was ripped apart) and and my mirror was broken. I sent pictures as well as emails to Landon the owner and he couldn’t even have the decency to respond or apologize for this. And plus I tipped them before I realized what they wrecked. I get sometimes stuff gets damaged but this is ridiculous and unprofessional of them to not apologize or try and make it right. I would not recommend them!!

I called regarding a couch; they booked me in the next day. They communicated a time frame and delivered promptly. Very personable and pleasant men. Thank you!

Thank goodness for Tyler, Michael and Donovan. These guys worked so hard to move us. It was a tough day made so much better by their great attitudes and awesome work ethic. Not one mark or dent in the old house or new. Not one damaged piece of furniture or belonging. They were an excellent team and extremely well organized.

I can't say enough about 1 Up moving. I used them to move all of my belongings from a storage locker into my new home. The entire experience was a pleasure and a joy - including my request to have the move rescheduled with only 1 day's notice! Each interaction was courteous, friendly and it felt like each person I engaged with went above and beyond to ensure a stress free experience. I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. This move did not go well. That's an understatement. If you call this company, make sure you know exactly what services are included, what items they will not move and packing requirements.It was by far the worst service I've ever had.

These guys (Francois, Kellen, Kaeden & Joe) were amazing. We had appliances to move out of town from our storage locker. They showed up and had the appliances loaded in minutes and were quickly on their way. At the destination, they walked through the house, making their plan of action for a smooth execution. We also needed them to carry a cast-iron tub up two flights of stairs with corners. The four of them made 'quick' work of it and no damage to the walls or tub. I would recommend them any day and use them again. Thank you for all your hard work!
