I went in with the hopes of scanning an 11x17 document to a usb. I’m told I’d have to leave the items and pick up in the afternoon as the cater to online orders first. What’s the purpose of having a store front if you cannot serve your clients. This is where small business wins, as they serve their clients.

This store is my go-to Staples for electronics, computer accessories, mobile devices and school supplies. Their prices are affordable, they have excellent customer service, and the location is easily accessible from Sarcee Trail (Nolan, Sage Hill, Kincora, Glacier Ridge, Hawkwood, Hamptons, Citadel)and the Sherwood community. Theylits of items on Clearance.

I went in to re take my passport photo because I was unhappy with my first one and scared that it may get rejected due to past issues with my sister when she got her’s taken here. So i got it re done just in case explaining it to them as well. As i’m trying to explain to them nicely just saying I’m willing to pay again for new photos, they were giving me attitude trying to not have my photo taken again. Again as she’s taking my photo she gave me more attitude and it just felt very uncomfortable. Please do better. I just wanted to retake a picture and it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to at least be nice.

I called the store at 2pm monday asked if they do business cards, explained I needed them double sided within 48 hours same day preferred. I was told absolutely not a problem, and for fastest service to put an online order in and it they would be ready later that day or the following morning.Received no notifications, I called at 2:30 the following day to ask about order and was told their printing hub isn't turned on" and it has a several day backlog. I asked why I was told my order would be ready and 'not a problem' when there was no possible way of getting the cards printed and he told me they outsource all double sided prints to another company and that they take at least 3-4 days minimum.I asked why I wasn't I told any of this when I called before ordering and he said "I dunno"Called the Coventry location explained the situation and they had business cards ready for me within an hour."

I miss there not being a staples by Market Mall anymore but this location is easy enough to get to. Wide open, bright, clean store it was easy to find what we were looking for and a bonus that the sharpies we needed were on sale too.

I have been a staples customer since I started my business in 1994. They have always provided amazing customer service in a world where self-serve now dominates. The clerk on duty at Beacon Hill June 6 at 1215. A beautiful brunette lady went above beyond duty. Thanku. I am so sorry I forgot your name. You served an Indigenous Minister and I at the same time. We both were into book publishing. She was promoting a book called The shopping cart boy. My book soon to be released The Slim Switch the last diet book. Not only did this clerks customer care help us, but it helped thousands of others because she was present. Thankyousomuch. Also to the staff in computer services thanks for great service. Staples is a winner no matter the times!

I went there to print a document, super easy system do it yourself , I just send the document to an email, enter the code and prepaid. All the process in 5 minutes or so, no lines or any contact. The place was very clean, printers on good shape and enough parking spaces.

Placed an order- needed it cancelled. Called the tire ahead of time to make sure it could be refunded. Was told at the store that it couldn’t and it was outside of their control and that whoever I talked to on the phone was wrong. No resolution.
