Dear Potential Future Link Customer,I had operated a business since the early 2000's and needed to upgrade from a do it yourself phone system to a much more powerful one. After review we purchased an Avaya phone system from another provider. Everything was fine for about 6 months until things started to break. We would constantly go back to our provider and never receive proper resolution while receiving hefty bills. After trying with 3 Avaya partners we were pointed in the direction of FutureLink! What a breath of fresh air. We worked with Future Link for the past few years and they are exceptional. They helped us transition to remote work through the pandemic, were fast, cost effective and very nice people to deal with. Having tried others I must say they are simply amazing to deal with. I had quite a bit of experience with phone systems throughout my career but I must say I forgot most of what I learned because I never had to touch it after hiring Future Link. I came to canada recently for Jan 19 intake. My consultant in India couldn't get me the admission in my choice of college and program. I was not happy at all with the alternate choice given to me. When I came to canada I contacted future Link's Toronto office as one of my friend referred me. They not only helped me to get my admission in my preferred college but also the program I was interested. I am really overwhelmed as I was always told by my previous consultant that it's hard to get the admission in Toronto colleges for which I almost waited three months in India. I got the offer letter in just 2 days through future Link Consultants. I was lucky enough to finally consult the future link and getting my admission in my choice of college and program. I would suggest to contact future Link's India office if anyone is planning to start their admission process for Canada. They have very good rapportwith colleges in canada.

we purchased an Avaya cloud based phone system through Futurelink communications. very happy with the system and features and Futurelink were a big help with arranging and getting it set up. Avaya cloud based system is a reliable system with more features then our physical phone system, it has also enabled us to work remotely with our office phone numbers and we have cut our monthly cost by 50%
