I'm currently renting a coach house that was built by Jenkins Construction and every detail of this space amazes me - from how the space is laid out to how much natural light is let in through the gorgeous windows, right down to the convenient and well thought out lighting and electrical outlets (seriously, an outlet everywhere). The quality of finishes and craftsmanship is unbeatable. Despite it being a small space, it feels open and airy and I absolutely love my little home! The creative use of a hill-side property to create/build a rental suite is actually really impressive!
