Billet Precision Ltd. has been an amazing community partner for St. Francis Xavier High school and our co-op students, for years. They have taken numerous students under their wing and have taught them about manufacturing, quality control, introductory engineering concepts and so much more. They are supportive mentors and teachers, as well as creative critical thinkers. If their work and their products are anything like the support they give to our students, they are top notch!!

Billet Precision is an amazing company where the workers, managers and all staff in general are supportive and welcoming. All the departments work efficiently together to make high quality parts. As a co-op student, I had a great experience here working with all the different departments and learning about the machine manufacturing industry.

Even as student I have been doing Coop at billet precision and it has been amazing. They provide many opportunities for their employees to further grow in their fields and always has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. I love coming to work and even if it is for a short while, I always feel like I am part of the team and helping out no matter how small. The machinists and managers are very welcoming and flexible. Overall, it has been a great experience working here and I look forward to what this company will achieve in the future.

I did my coop here and it has been such an eye opener. The management and machinists are very nice and willing to teach and explain to me everything from designing to machining. They offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. 10/10

I worked at Billet for 15 years. The skills and work ethic I learned, I would not trade for anything. The machinery is always kept in top working order, the shop is clean, you get to work with quality measuring and cutting tools and the owner is top notch and knows how to make clean quality parts!

I'd mushroomed the end of a swingarm bolt off my son's dirt bike while unseizing it. It's an expensive bolt, and it wasn't in stock at the dealer, so I dropped in to Billet on the off chance that they could help me. They took me in right away and went to work. When they realized that they didn't have the correct die to rethread it, instead of sending me elsewhere, they used the lathe to manually clean the threads. I was very impressed and grateful and my son will be riding again in short order. Thank you Billet!

It's refreshing to see the President/Owner, who is a master machinist, spend most of his time on the shop floor rather than his office and be able to run every machine in the shop and make perfect parts.Highly skilled and professional team atmosphere all working towards the same goal of making awesome parts delivered on-time and keeping our customers happy.Great place to work!

As a student working here in a co-op placement, I find Billet to be an amazing facility and a great learning opportunity. The company’s environment is focused and professional, but still casual enough for employees to work comfortably and efficiently. The workers are kind and generous, the managers are polite and effective and the general mindset of the company is heavily focused on quality and reliability, which is something I very much appreciate. Overall, Billet Precision is a phenomenal facility for workers and a great choice for customers, as well as the ideal co-op placement for those who wish to learn about precision manufacturing in all of its aspects.
