Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was able to help with certain locations we wanted to stop by, due to covid some places have closed closed up shop. Nice clean location and well lit and has maps of the area but you'll probably find out more from the staff lol

Amazing place to be. A great place to take a break from long and tiresome driving. Helpful and friendly staff to gain info and know upcoming events. They knick knacks and mugs to buy from the gift shop. They also have maps for the geographic view of the area. There also a kayak or canoe suspended on to the roof which gives that authentic feel.

Friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations! Need to have paperwork in place for tax exception on clothing. Bought for my 12 and 10 year old boys who shouldn’t need to pay tax on their hoodies/sweatshirt but was told they couldn’t be no taxed when asked. Otherwise products are cute and seem to be good quality!Have to update our review and give an extra star. Didn’t expect it but Jess the supervisor reached out and got us a refund on the tax and reviewed with staff who were unaware of the exception. It was unexpected and a nice surprise to make our trip to Tofino perfect and pleasant one after almost 2 years of no travels due to the pandemic. The boys were even sent some stickers, tattoos, and post cards which was great. Exceptional customer service and a must visit while in Tofino!

When you travel Tofino it's good to stop at Tofino visitors information take time to get all the information like maps & tours information from staffs were very helpful.Beautiful new building & clean washrooms & you can buy souvenirs as well

We were there April 12 just before noon. The clerk rushed us through our few questions and our purchase because 2 people were waiting. We waited patiently in line for our turn while she chatted up a young man in front of us but when our turn came she was rushing us telling us people are waiting. Very bad customer service

We did the Wild pacific trail (lighthouse Loop) & we loved it !There's many view point troughout the trail. Completely stunning !

Friendly and informative. Thank you for road closure schedule very helpful. Beautiful place and they sell a wicked spice that is made and was created by local family there. It is amazing. Lil pricey but worth it

Cox Bay on West Vancouver Island (immediately south of Tofino ... across from Tourism Tofino) is absolutely amazing. Here at the beginning of December is an experience we will definitely have again. Cold, stunningly beautiful and above all ... Canadian. Some of the best fun is watching all the surfers. Incredible. Long Beach Lodge Resort is a great place to stay (loved it here), and they offer surf lessons. Maybe next time (or in my dreams!)The good people at Tourism Tofino were really helpful and so informative. Thanks!

Great staff, full of information, plenty of gifts/souvenirs available. A great first stop on any drive into town.
