The appointment was incredibly quick and efficient. The receptionists were friendly, and Dr. Ahmadi was kind and informative about the wax removal. I would highly recommend their services.

I wish I could give them less than one star. It seems to me that this company doesn't care about helping people with their hearing. They care only about making money. I moved here from California and have an international one-year warranty from Oticon. My charger broke and Oticon will replace it for free. But I have to go thru one of the clinics that offer Oticon products. NexGen sells Oticon. But they told me twice on the phone (not very kindly) that they do not honor Oticon's warranty and I have to pay full price. If this is not a lack of caring, I don't know what is. Oticon said they cannot enforce whether a clinic offers their warranty or not. I have to find another clinic and drive a long distance.Update on 23 Feb 2023: I highly suggest Echo Hearing on 2533 W. Broadway. When I called Echo hearing after the unkind treatment by NexGen, Dr. Vavrovicova immediately asked me to bring in my broken hearing aid charger and get a loaner from her. She only cares for her patients and not her pockets. I highly suggest her practice.

Moreover, Shaya went above and beyond by conducting thorough hearing tests to ensure my hearing level was fine, leaving me reassured. I have been a client of Mainland Hearing for over 10 years. Dr Soltani and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is evident to me that they care about providing me the best service possible.I am now on my second set of hearing aids. The first set worked well and I now have a new set as my hearing changes as I age and the new technology is impressive.Mainland Hearing has never tried to pressure me to purchase hearing aids or to “oversell” when it was time to make a purchase. Came here for ear wax removal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor explained the process and answered all my questions patiently. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I am super happy with their service.

Awesome experience. Mr Ahmadi was calm and gentle and explained everything thoroughly as he was working. Was able to remove my wax and unblock my ear in 5 minutes. Absolutely no pain. Highly recommend! ❤️

Amir Ahmadi and Leah Bradshaw are great and professional audiologists.It was Amir Ahmadi who first told me that I have a problem in my inner ear, not the middle as was suggested by the GP. By that time I had already had severe SSHL. He told me to run to ENT asap. I followed his advice and immediately went to the ER.After 2 months I met him again and he conducted the normal range hearing in my bad ear.Great place with great professionals who actually care!
