Just got a “Gold” cleaning package done from their Auto Spa and I am so impressed. The rig is a 2011 Highlander and it honestly looks brand new inside. Don’t know how they did it, but truly an exceptional job. On top of that, the guy at the desk, Zack, is super friendly and has such a great attitude. He even helped me out by swapping my license plate (which is not part of the cleaning service, obviously). Really went above and beyond and I’ll tell everyone I know that this is the spot to go! Thanks so much!

Service department was always fantastic. Sales department left a lot to be desired. Enquired about extending warranty, recieved text from sales promising a follow up (which I replied to) and no follow up ever happened. Also promised new mats when first purchased, never recieved them.

Highland (QuickLane)has never failed us with respect to on time appointments, excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended for all service for our 3 different brands of vehicles. Our 13 Ford Escape needed no warranty work, since new, so that aspect of Ford service hard to comment on, which was great for us!
