Premiere Van Lines Moving Company

We were referred to Premiere Van Lines and we were very happy with the professionalism and service we received. Despite Covid, Steve, the sales representative did a visual assessment of our belongings over Messenger video. The moving crew arrived on time and within five hours had all our belongings moved out of our home and with another five hours the next day had us moved into our new home without incident. The moving crew were friendly, happy, and careful and did a wonderful job placing everything where we asked them to. We highly recommend Premier Van Lines.

With having to move from one province to another we thought we better leave the logistics to the professionals. This was the first time we used the services of a moving company and we were very impressed. From the beginning with the estimate, packing, loading, through to the delivery, all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I don’t think my husband has ever been called “Sir” so many times. They all made such an effort that it was a pleasure to deal with the move.

Premiere Van lines helped move our whole museum from Wetaskiwin to Calgary this year and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Steve and his team were thorough, attentative and accommodating to all our needs and requirements when moving the collection. Would highly recommend them for any move you're doing!

Premiere Van Lines has exceptional service. I had them assist me with a commercial office/warehouse relocation. There were several locations for distribution and on the heels of getting everything delivered they assisted me with decom of the space. They always go above and beyond for a Client! This is not the first time I have used them for a commercial office relocation. You have an exceptional company top down! I already have another project that we are going to together. We didn't actually end up choosing this moving company, but the company we did go with juuuuuust narrowly beat them out. Steven was so incredibly helpful, every interaction we had was very professional and made me really feel that I could trust the company with transporting all of my possessions across the country in a global pandemic. And that's saying a lot, I'm quick to paranoia and I don't trust easily.Their prices were very reasonable too, I'll be honest, their prices weren't the absolute lowest on the market, BUT the companies quoting lower prices all didn't feel trustworthy to me and didn't have proper accreditation. I would absolutely 100% recommend Premiere to my loved ones if they were looking for recommendations, so I'd certainly recommend them to you, person reading this review!

Initially met with Steve to get an estimate. This was very effectively done. Had one other estimate that was substantially less accurate.Decided on premiere and glad I did so. The team arrived on moving day on time and quickly set to work.The team under Ash were conscientious and quick. House and items were well protected. Only one piece of furniture suffered minor damage. It was satisfactorily repaired and returned.I highly recommend Steve and his team for any move.

My entire experience with Premiere was excellent for a long-distance cross-border move from Canada to the US. Steve's help as the moving coordinator was invaluable for making a highly stressful event as low stress as possible. The packers did a great job and all the items they packed arrived safely. The driver was also great at getting my stuff loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently and everything arrived with no damage at all. Overall, I highly recommend them for any move.

We used Premiere Van Lines’ packing and moving services. Both were fantastic. The packers packed everything very safely and securely and the movers moved everything into our house without any damage or issues. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.

We moved from Edmonton to Montreal, with a two month gap between departure and arrival. We had a lot of artwork and delicate items. Premiere (Steve) handled packing, our belongings, storage, shipping, and delivery. Everything was smooth and easy. I highly recommend PVL.
