I can't say enough good things about them. From my initial contact with Terry and his telephone estimate, to the actual move itself, the entire experience was a good as a move can be. Ryan and the team were so good to me. I got sick three days before the scheduled move and didn't get furniture taken apart as I had promised. Not a single grumble. Ryan said stuff happens" and took everything apart with a smile. I will definitely call them if I have to move again. Thanks guys for actually caring about the people you are moving."

Hi All,I am not one to typically write a negative review but my husband and I were so dissapointed in ACTION MOVERS during our recent move we felt it necessary to write one.This was our third move with Action Movers. The first two we were pleased with their service, how hard their man worked and the care they took with our belongings. This time around was a completely different story. The men still did work hard however a lot of our furniture and items were damaged this time around, including my husbands projector screen. They left marks on our walls, including a black grease hand prints on our newly painted walls and on our belongings. We were informed they would be wearing gloves and masks due to covid which they were not. I reached out to the owner Terry regarding our concerns. He originally said they would compensate us for the damaged screen if we provided pictures and an original receipt and that he would come out to have a look at the other damages. After sending him all the information he did not compensate us and never came to look at the damages. We are still waiting.... we moved April 27th!We were so disappointed as we supported this company with all our moves and were always telling people what a great job they did. It’s hard to believe that the owner would choose to lose our business and the referrals we would of provided. All we asked was that the projector screen be replaced (it is a fraction of the cost of the money we spent on our moves and only one out of many damaged items).I was very honest and gave credit were credit was due. I explained to the owner that his men were polite and certainly worked hard it just appeared that they were not seasoned and had difficulties lifting and moving heavier items. My husband and I can certainly appreciate that there is always a learning curve when starting a new job. Of course we are upset that our belongings were damaged and this should not happen, but we are more disappointed in how unprofessional the owner was and did nothing to try and rectify this situation. This is why I am writing a review.I suggest looking for another company so that your items are safe and that if anything does go wrong you will at least get compensation.

I definitely would not recommend these movers. As stated by others they did damage to my furniture, stated they would repair and were waiting for a kit for my leather Chesterfield. They never came then stopped taking my calls and refused to return them. They then blatantly lied to the better business bureau when I lodged a complaint. They also overcharged me and were ill prepared for the move such as had no protective covering for the carpets etc... Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire these movers.

Horrible service they don't lable items and gives a sad story and known for taking items

They were great, the company was very responsive and the movers were very fast and efficient. They could accommodate multiple requests that we had. Highly recommend.

Irecently used Action Movers for a stressful office relocation. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and hardworking, helping us move in a snow storm and up 3 flights of stairs. The team worked quickly and efficiently to get us set up at our new location. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone in need of movers

I do not recommend this company whatsoever youcannot trust them plus reading all of reviews and myown experience they crack my TV , wasn't properlystored in their truck and then they blamed me on top of. They lied about the hour and the time because I saw the text supposedly they start at 8:30 when they started a little after 9 o’clock they are not to be trustedit. I'm handicapped I can't do anything I have no use ofmy arms and legs, They said it should've been in thebox who keeps TV boxes, should've been wrappedproperly as a professional they would know how tostore TV in the truck I am very disappointed they liedand they try to blame me and that's exactly what l'veread with other peoples reviews they did the samething to them I think something should be done theyare phony and if they damage your belongings and youhave stuff missing they will blame you for it Plus theycharged me for that extra 20 minutes that they took itwas supposed to be 45 minutes I calculated the timeand they only put down 25 minutes of their break Iwatch my time I know when they got backthey should not be in business something should bedone maybe report them to Better Business Bureauwould be first start because they have insurance theyshould be able to Compensate for the damages. Plus I left them a voice message they were supposed to replace my TV I called left a message I haven’t heard from them from weeks they promised they would replace it only if I remove the review so I removed the review waited for their call no response so I guess they are not gonna do it so I’m putting this review back up hopefully someone reads this please avoid Hiring these guys damages to your belongings they will not replace it whatsoever. Be aware
