They let me print out my Lawn mowing business flyer but they wouldn't let me post it up on there bulletin board. also, they wouldnt give me a envelope to put my business flyers in as i didnt bring any. for that, they get 3 stars. still not as bad as the other surrey library's. maybe ill try Langley next...

Great place to come they have a kid section and the next building over there is a heritage museum. They often give away books that are in great condition.The library is closed currently due to Covid but I cant wait until they open up again.JK

Staff here go above and beyond helping and help you with a smile. They have an awesome upstairs area super quiet to study or if you need to focus and concentrate.

Since moving to Cloverdale, I'm really happy I checked out this library.Not only can I read graphic novels or check out Criterion Collection films (normally 40-50 bucks a piece) for free!I can also access Libby which is a free version of Audible.Along with some really friendly staff, I've taken more out from this library than I have with any library in the last 10 years!

This library is good and nice staff but I never find quiet environment.I always like to go to library to do my study because I am preparing for my challenge test but I found this library is not that quiet .if I sat on 1 floor then I heard voices from staff from family history department side and if I sit on the ground floor I heard noise from public.staff don’t try to keep others quiet .Also,people like to do discussions so there should be a special room for discussion purpose ,so others don’t disturb.Please do something to keep library environment quiet.Thanks.

General librarian are kind. However not a big fan of them trying to slap me with several damaged books when only one was damaged. The manager exceedingly rude in this case. I hope she gets removed, citing new rules that only came into place when they seem to need money. I don't intend on returning. Rather go to Langley Library if you live close by.

The staff at this library is super nice and helpful. It's a smaller library but very quiet. I often bring my work there and get things fast. Easy parking as well.
