M.A.R.C.H. Mechanical

Here's the experience I had with M.A.R.C.H. ClimateCare after a terrible ordeal with Boonstra Heating and Cooling. I called them, informed them I had been without heat for 10 days, they were at my house within the hour, the technician not only discovered the issue I had in half the time but he was also able to show me why it had happened, they went to the same supplier Boonstra did (Goodman) and had the part needed for the fix the next afternoon with me settled up - heat and all- within 1 business day. There is no excuse for the horrific experience I was put through by Boonstra, other than a complete lack of care for the customer.Can't sing enough praise for M.A.R.C.H., they provided the best example of customer service and care.

The most professional company I have dealt with, they install right the first time, they explain everything you enquire about. I have hired them several times, and I highly recommend them.

These guys are scammers, got a bill that was double what was told a diagnostics would be. Then their quote to do the repair was 3x times higher then anyone else...absolutely BRUTAL!!! If your looking for Heating Air or Geo repair and good service call Bostech, Oosterveld or Brookes

A great company to deal with. We had a cooling issue today and they responded right away. We have a large home with a complicated Water Furnace system and two young kids and they identified the issues and made the repairs within hours of calling in all for a very fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great service.

Mike at March has helped out several times with our geothermal unit ... and each time has been extremely helpful... he has worked hard to diagnose issues, and has then resolved these extremely quickly and is very quick to respond! Latest one was being able to diagnose, and fix in less than 10 hours an AC issue! Thanks Mike!

This is from service that happened about two years ago. Furnace was not working and asked March to inspect. They had a look and said it was a cracked secondary heat exchanger and that carbon monoxide levels were high and, of course. the furnace needed to be replaced...conveniently they left me a quote for the replacement cost. After reviewing on the internet, we figured it was likely a blocked condensate trap. It was an easy fix to remove the trap and watch half a bucket of blocked water drain out of the furnace. This was something March should/would have known but failed to even inspect...furnace has worked fine since. Always be on the look-out for scammers in the industry.

Ryan and Kyle came by to fix my geothermal system, and I have to say they were so amazing. I rarely write reviews, but these two gentlemen were phenomenal and I am so grateful for their effort. Not only were they exceedingly efficient and professional, but they were also incredibly kind and generous. As a curious person and a owner of a new house I had lots of questions and lots of minor things needing attention, completely unrelated to the geothermal system. They went out of their way at every turn possible to tune up, fix, and explain everything in the kindest ways, down to the last moments as they were leaving the house. They left me feeling like a far more confident owner of this home, and as an engineer I felt so inspired by their skill and the breadth of their knowledge to learn more. Thank you, Ryan and Kyle, for being great people. I cannot recommend and thank you guys enough for being genuine and awesome people. I wish you guys loads of success and hope to work with you again.
