F45 Training Courtice

It has been a very long time since I have felt comfortable in a gym. F45 Courtice with its circuit style training and wonderfully supportive coaches has made me feel welcome and capable. The atmosphere is always energetic and the team-vibe makes getting fit fun. To be on this fitness journey with my husband makes it even better. Thank you F45 Courtice for giving me the tools to live a fit life. A huge shout out to all the fabulous coaches - you are VERY good at what you do!Been at it 6 months now, averaging 5x per week. Feeling stronger than ever. Love being on this fitness journey with my husband. We will be retirement ready when the time comes.Again, a huge thank you to all the coaches for their constant support and encouragement. F45 Courtice is truly life changing.

F45 Courtice is the best gym I’ve been to in years! I’m so happy I could find time to fit these 45 minute workouts into my hectic schedule. All the coaches are sooo energetic and the members are welcoming and amazing! It’s a great community with the best vibes. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating to help you push past those limits. Oh and the music - what’s a workout without the best playlists?! Thanks to the best team!

I am so happy I joined this gym. The coaches are all amazing. They truly provide a welcoming atmosphere. They motivate you and push you to reach your goals. The vibe is unreal and the community is even better.I also enjoy that everyday is something new and challenging. It never gets boring, which is what I struggled with at a regular gym in the past.I highly recommend joining. The workouts are killer but totally worth it.Thank you to all the coaches for always being such a great start to my day!

This is now my 2nd month at F45 Courtice and I am loving it! I am an early riser, so the 630am classes are perfect for me. Every single aspect of this gym is run efficiently and effectively. The trainers are hands-on and walk you through the exercises before you begin, and once you've begun, there are tv's directly in front of you showing you each exercise in case you need a refresher. The energy in this gym is fabulous and everyone is so encouraging. I'm super happy they opened an F45 here in Courtice and I would recommend them to anyone, beginner or experienced, this is a fantastic gym.

Great place for intensive workout training. The trainers are amazing, they keep always keep you focused and push your limits. It’s been a month since I joined and already started seeing results

I saw the F45 trial online and thought I’d just check it out for the two weeks and call it quits. I played myself! The following two weeks after my trial ended felt like a horrible break up. I had to commit to a membership. Now I’m HOOKED! The environment is so welcoming and the workouts have made me feel significantly stronger physically and mentally. I’ve always been nervous about the gym, not knowing what machine to use and worried people might stare. It is a totally different experience, the workouts are already created and guided by the coaches and anytime my form is off they correct me to ensure I maximize my workout/avoid injury. Sign up!!

Best decision I made coming to this gym! I’ve never been a gym person but needed some motivation in my life. I never thought waking up at 4:45am would be fun, but here I am enjoying every minute of it. The community is like no other , and I’m grateful to be apart of it. I’ve made some pretty awesome friends, and get to push myself daily to be the best version of myself.Highly recommend to everyone!!!

F45 Training Courtice is the first place that I felt a part of a community that is supportive and encouraging.
